This Von's (and others) only have one (if that) register open and force customers to use self checkout, which doesn't work well if you have more than two bags of groceries, or are trying to load directly into your bag or have any mark down items. Albertsons, the parent company made 78 billion dollars last year and profits are up 15% from three years ago. Why don't you pay a decent wage and hire people to give customer service. Your local staff deserve better and so do your customers

Nice and clean establishment, I'm only giving them 4 stars because other Vons locations have more of variety and availability on certain items. (Like the Vons on Grand in Covina)

I've been going to this store forever! The staff are friendly and work fast to get everyone thru in a timely manner. But they also try to help you out with suggestions if they think it might help you. ;)They have added 4 Self-Checkout stations which I do NOT like, but others will like it. ;(

Paul in the pickup department is amazing and deserves a raise. Have placed 2 orders and have been done to perfect. Has great costumer service and goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we ordered. Keep up the work and he deserves a raise or promotion

Been trying to call ahead of time to see if an item is available now knowing they never had anything even a pack of water in stock. Try calling to see if the thing we wanted in stock but the whole 20mins no one ever care to pick up the phone. Even when we get there, can clearly hear that the speaker saying the customer service desk needs assistance, still no body ever care to walk to the phone while employees are walking around the store wasn’t even busy. I understand not everyone can answer the calls but at least for the 20mins that people been calling, try to have someone answer it no? Where is the manager or something like that?The store probably needs some management customer service training or something pleaseThis is not the first time this happens

Nice Von’s and pretty decent inventory compared to other locations. However my only issue is the staff at this location. Some are incredibly rude and just unprofessional and look very annoyed when you ask for help. In fact there is one guy here who literally gives me dirty looks for whatever reason? It’s odd. I turned the aisle one time and accidentally almost ran into him and apologized and was polite about it and said excuse me and this guy said nothing at all. Just gave me the dirtiest look ever and kept walking. Like wow haha. Rather not go here anymore.
