Worst pharmacy ever . Waited from 11 am Wednesday to get it fill by 6:36 pm got the call. And still they didn’t have the information from the other Walgreens no wonder them or CVS do good in California they have no Customer Service

Horrible pharmacy service! Long waiting time even when there’s no one else waiting for prescriptions… drive thru horrible waiting time over 30 minutes for 2 cars! I regret transferring to this pharmacy!

The hours are inconsistent. Pharmacist will leave early, causing me to miss prescription pickup and dosage. Store hours are ridiculous and they never have the meds you need. I won't be returning to this pharmacy anymore. Walgreens as a brand doesn't want to pay their pharmacists what they deserve, shaving down hours as much as possible, so the customers are the ones who pay the price in the end.

Very rude personal on drive thru. There was a customer in front of me, and as soon as he moved away, the girl put a sign behind the window and she started talking to me with the sign on the window, and once she took All my wife's information she told her to wait 3 hours. So disappointed. Will change my farmacy

This is the LAST time I get my prescription sent here! Caught Covid did my MD live and they sent me a work note to be able to return Friday and sent over my papers for my medicine told me it shouldn’t take long so I wait and wait and wait (called periodically too to check in on the status) but I waited boom pharmacy closes still no medicine or even a call or text from the pharmacy at all wake up the next day wait a couple hours still nothing from the pharmacy I call still not ready I wait and wait till it has been officially 24 hours since my medicine has been sent over and still not a word from the pharmacy so after being persistent and just continuously cutting off the automation phone voice by saying “pharmacy I’d like to speak to a real person”until it finally connected me to a real person
I’m not entirely sure what was going on on their end but they couldn’t figure out what my insurance was at first I guess? But because of that they didn’t fill it. After putting me on hold and they finally figure it out they go ok give us some time it should be ready soon.
Are you kidding me. So because you didn’t know what my insurance was for my medicine or god knows what the issue was point being instead of calling me to figure it out so we could get my medicine filled so I can return back to work these people just decided to ignore the situation and not even touch it I had to Harass them just to get my own medicine and I still don’t even have it I’m waiting still which we should see how long it should take cause I was told to id get a text after I got off the phone to reply yes to confirm I want text notifications on when my medicine is ready and I haven’t even gotten that text either and it’s been over 20 min get it together Walgreens pharmacy honestly people are relying on y’all to get them the medicine they need in a timely fashion if I wouldn’t have been so persistent I’m certain I would’ve been S.O.L. Cause this isn’t the first problem I’ve had with them and filling medicine.

Here is an update 10.15.2023 So I'm doing the curbside thing again, but this time my wait is much longer. I finally had to call the store to let them I've been outside waiting for more than 10 minutes. So far, I've had 1 good experience and 1 not so good experience. I had them at 4 stars but now it's down to 3 stars for my long wait. Trying their curbside for the 1st time. 2 spots available for curbside pickup.

Very good and well stock family Pharmacy . They also have printing and photos for passports , It's clean and organized .

Every single time there's an issue with this pharmacy ! either a text saying it's ready, AND ITS NOT! or some excuse why they cant or didn't fill my much needed meds!
