I do not like going inside a bank. I don't know why. But I went inside to make a large transaction a couple of times, and I always got a great service. All the tellers were very responsive and helpful, and not at all intimidating. They made small talks and seemed really care.

I like Wells Fargo in general so they get an automatic 3 stars but this location was kind of off. Came in with my mom who doesn't do too well standing for long periods of time so she proceeded to go to the window for handicap to sit down and wait. She said she's done this before and they eventually come to assist. I found that odd so I stood in the regular line to ask as no one was at the door available for questions. The lady who was very nice by the way, no complaints there, said for future visits, my mom can wave to get their attention and point towards the handicap area to notify that she'd need assistance. As we left, my mom stopped to talk to two associates who were super friendly so this place gets a star back from my original 3. I wish the process was better for handicap or elderly customers.

Went to withdraw money, as I do every month. Was told my request was over my daily limit. The daily limit they gave me was years ago. I have been a customer for over 27 years. There was no manager to talk to. I called customer service and got no good answer.

No customer service is available unless you make an appointment. There literally isn't anyone, only two tellers. Customer service is floating between branches and will not be at a specific bank unless they have appointments. Also you basically have to open your bank acct online. I was told bank teller can walk you through it otherwise make an appointment.

It was Saturday so EXTREMELY BUSY! I didn't expect anything less since it's the only branch open. I usually expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour. They are understaffed for a Saturday. I waited in line for 40 minutes and when it was my turn, my transaction only took a big whopping 4 minutes. Thanks to the overworked and understaffed tellers at this branch.

I have been a member of WF since 2011, a total of 12 years. I have checking, saving, and credit cards with WF. Through out the years, I have made big purchases, large debits, Etc. In other words I have a great banking relationship with them. I deposited a check in 1/6, called today to check status and was told it will be on Hold until 1/18/23 that is 12 days after the check was deposited. This is ridiculous!!! This is the usual for people with new accounts, sketchy accounts Etc..Not just me but my family, son, mon, and my credit cards will be moving to another bank. I have given you my business for over 10 years, yet WF can't even give me what is mine because they have to review. BS!!!!Will never give my business to WF again.

Only 1 teller working at the teller line and the "friendly" teller was chatting with the customer for minutes on where the customer get her hair done even after the transaction done..... no sense of urgency and situation awareness regarding the waiting customers in the line.....As a previous staff and branch manager of another bank, it is just disappointing.....

Wells Fargo has been my bank ,, never had any issues with any Wells Fargo branches , Baldwin Park , El Monte , La Puente & West Covina branches have all served me well with all my transactions.. at times there are lines like any other bank ,, but service is fast with their experience teller's,, great management, overall it will remain my go to bank ,, they have earned a 5 star with their services they have provided me over the years banking with them.

I come in once or twice a month to do a few transactions that can only be done with a teller. There is usually a line full of people (what bank doesnt have a long line to see the tellers? - none!), but there's been a few times that I'm the only one there and get helped right away - SCORE! The tellers (they usually only have 2 windows open - that's not enough when it gets busy and there's a line 5 or more people deep) at this branch are nice, quick and efficient. I notice that many customers take a long time with the teller but when it comes to my turn, I'm there for maybe 5 minutes tops! I do my transactions... wham bam thank you ma'am! In and out. Good customer service! I would give 5 stars if not for the long lines... so maybe consider opening up another window when the line gets long (like "3s a crowd" at the grocery stores).

first of all bad service !!! the girl stephanie has no customers services . wanted to make a payment on my credit card she said from this check hello not her check.. manager called me she jusy as bad of course she said stephanie is so friendly . she was not never go up there ..

Very unprofessional, I have 2 business accounts with Wells Fargo both have different addresses, today I went to open 3rd business account I was asked for a bill that verifies my address because my other business has different address, even though I had all the papers from Secretary of State with the new address was still asked to show a mail because my other business had different address it makes no sense I guess Secretary of State website isn’t a proof

I only use the drive thru and atm, but dammm already fix the freak flashing light already, its soooo annoying in the drive thru.
