Tried to close an account online, it stated I needed to go into a branch. So I took time off work to close it.. I went into the branch and know one was being helped by a banker... I went to the teller and stated I wanted to close the account... the service manager was there and stated the banker was busy but I could call and close it... I went home called and closed it.. I could have done that at my work desk... waste of time

Came in to send a wire from my business account for an escrow deposit. After waiting 15 minutes in line, teller informs me that the only have "one banker" able to do a wire. Meanwhile, the manager, who is 5 feet away and looking mostly available to spend 10 minutes just goes about her business which seems to be not helping clients. I was then told she would basically do me a favor and help me in 1/2 hour! So I'm sitting in this ghost-town-like branch with only 2 customers (and 5 staff members!) waiting for her to get done with whatever it is that's more important than dealing with an in-person customer. Insane. My personal credit union with a single branch can accommodate sending a wire any time they are open and they are busy. So how is it that Chase (or at least this slow-as-mollaase

Jhoel the manager is amazing! There was an unfortunate incident occurring as I was there and he handled is spectacularly. It's nice to know that when the homeless get out of hand, Jhoel is there to curb that situation and protect his clients interest

Very unpleasant visit. Leti was very helpful and schedule me to see Martin. Martin on the other hand, doesn't not know what he's doing. To the point where he didn't want to open a business account. I ended up going to a different location and opened it with zero problems.

Today is Sept. 1st, the Friday of Labor Day weekend. Walked in expecting to be served momentarily. To my disappointment, only two tellers, 12 customers before me. 10 minutes in line, and the 2nd taller is no longer there. In desperation, I called the Wells Fargo on Badillo St. In Covina. I asked how many tellers they had working and she said two. I asked, is there many customers in line? She said the line of customers is all the way to the door. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

One staff member with glasses came and forcibly asked me to stand farther away. They told me, 'I am talking to you,' with a rude and impolite attitude. Why did the staff arrive late even though the bank was supposed to open at9 AMEncountering such attitude, I am considering closing my bank account. With only a three-star review on Google, it indicates that they should conduct a thorough internal review and improve their service quality, work efficiency, and professional attitude.

"I didn't arrive at the bank before 9 AM. The opening time was 9 AM. At 9 AM, I was waiting at the entrance, but nobody opened the door. One staff member with glasses came and forcibly asked me to stand farther away. They told me, 'I am talking to you,' with a rude and impolite attitude. Why did the staff arrive late even though the bank was supposed to open at9 AMEncountering such attitude, I am considering closing my bank account. With only a three-star review on Google, it indicates that they should conduct a thorough internal review and improve their service quality, work efficiency, and professional attitude.

The banker named Adrian at this place had a very rude attitude, lacked patience, and was highly unprofessional. This is the worst banking service I have ever encountered, and I will not be coming back here. It was truly a disappointing experience.

Went into Bank today to make a withdrawal and was denied access to my money after coming to this location over two years the manger Leti Esparza refused to confirm my account she should be fired immediately. This racist behavior is unacceptable while she had no motives behind what she did. I got visible upset and left with unkind words very disgusting woman.

There is no reason for a bank to have only one teller available. Getting a large cash withdrawal took me over 35 minutes. Only one person was in line ahead of me .Don't mind the manager that ignores all the people waiting in line. She also doesn't acknowledge the tellers having major issues with customers , this poor guy had to explain every detail of his account and check bouncing issue to the entire lobby. Actually, he had to explain it Twice because the original person helping him had to go on break. Maybe having a timer per client like McDonald's would be fair to everyone. Why just leave the line held up for that long? It was obvious she could have taken the guy dealing with his personal account to handle all the business accounts in line. Which seemed to be the entire line including me. I could've been done in 10 minutes.

By far the worst branch I have ever been in. I was second in line and it took 35 min to get attended. I only give it one star because it won't let me post zero
