Been coming here for 40+ years and it's not even close to what it use to be. No customer courtesy or friendly people work here anymore. Current owner has a very bad demeanor and a totally non caring bad attitude who should seek another business if he doesn't like his job or doesn't care about his old return frequent customers. And check the dates on the milk you might buy at this location because the milk might be only good for about 1-3 remaining days from expiration date or even already expired milk. I bought milk here a couple of times and had to drive from home to take it back because the expiration date on the milk had expired. The milk smelled vile as soon as I opened it, and upon having to return 2 times in the same few months for the same problem asking for another fresh one, the a****** owner gave me an attitude like it was my fault for not checking the date? Jerkoff! I'm not the dipshit stocking your shelves and trying to sell every last carton of soon to be expired milk on the same expiration date you dick! 2 STRIKES YOUR OUT JERKOFF! And your d******* attitude! I won't be going here anymore because I don't like the owner, he is a stupid a** argumentative d******** and I won't give him any of my business anymore. Just like Matt G. said here, this a****** owner wouldn't lift a finger to help anyone in need for anything or for any reason, he would turn a blind eye to probably anything because he is a cowardly POS and he doesn't give one rats about anybody nor his customers. Had a little flat in front of this place and asked the current employee for some help(a jack which he said he had) but he said he wouldn't help us out if he could. Offered him money even and he denied us. This place couldn't care about its customers and obviously hires mediocre employees!!! The current employee was rude and told us we're in our own because he would not help!!! He was closing and had every chance to help but chose not to

Been coming here for 40+ years Awesome service every time. Drive up service available for the disabled. Would love it if they would carry a lactose-free milk (other than a soymilk) like Lactaid (the Dairy Pure they sell there has lactose). 5 stars anyway.

Not sure about the stars... I have loved Alta Dena for years... ice cold Diet Coke brought to your car, I'm not sure if anything is better than that... but all good things must end. So sad. No more bra-less, barefooted quick jaunts for D.Cs. Apparently it's been over now for at least a couple years (I just read a post from 2 years ago). A sign would help... instead of informing me, they just stared thru the glass... so, FYI if u are expecting to do a low profile run thru Alta Dena... think again. First it was Vans, then Atla Dena and now Trump is President and guess what... Global Warming is over too. WTF??? Can I sign up to go to Mars?? We are doomed!â€â€

Great convenient market on the corner of Fallbrook & Saticoy. Has everything from typical grocery items like milk , alcohol , lotto , and more . Very nice employees and the location is just perfect . I like to come this spot when I'm in a hurry and they sometimes do drive thru service if it's not that busy which is awesome ! Definitely an awesome market

Ed, the owner, and his wife are such nice people and their workers are so friendly. I've been at this location for years since I was a kid. The drive-thru is specifically for handicapped, parents who have little children (and can't really buckle and unbuckle if it's a quick stop) and elderly people now. They offer scratchers, lotto, liquor, and snacks just like the 7-11 but not as corporate. No heated food like hot dogs or anything. That would be a plus to this place. The owner will learn your name if you're a regular and he is very nice regardless if you're a regular or not. Now I bring my kids here for a quick stop for ice cream here and there.

This place is right around the corner from my house and they sell some pretty good scratchers. I loved the fact that you could have just driven up and gotten some groceries or red bull or even milk. But it's been a while now that they don't do that. The owner is so nice and friendly. I'm always here for a good minute cause I don't come all the time. And he always takes time to see how everything else and just talk about stuff. They got everything you need when your in a rush. Never busy. Plenty of parking. And there open nice and early.

I lived near here from 1989 to 2007, and I stopped by here regularly until I moved to the other side of the country. It was fantastic. Drive up convenience, good location, but most of all, extremely friendly people. How friendly, well... I would often stop there, get out of my car and chat for a while on my way home for work. And after having moved away, I really, really miss that! So much so, that as I am back in L.A. this week, I made sure I stopped by to say hi. After seven years, I was greeted with a huge smile as though I had just been here yesterday. Just a great place with great people!
