I like the furniture at Bob’s. But what I like the most is the customer service that sales woman penny gives us. We can tell her what we’re looking for and she takes us right to where we want to go. She never waste our time. She is personable and kind and funny.I made the mistake of shopping there without working with Penny. It was a disaster, and I walked out without purchasing anything. When I see Penny, I know that I will be taking care of and treated with honesty, kindness, and She values our time and money and tell us where we can save, and where we should spend more I respect her professionalism and knowledge of furniture. If you ever get rid of Penny, you are a fool.

After spending more than $2000 on furniture at your store, I’ve waited three weeks and still haven’t gotten a copy email to me of the different choices. I made not a very good report!

We went in to look at sofas. Although the sales person was great the service that followed was frustrating, time consuming and ridiculous. We paid for not only the sofa but the warranty and the delivery with the assembly. The window they gave us was from 6am to 12pm. We didn’t complain about the 6 HOUR WINDOW. We were just happy to finally be getting a sofa. When the Sofa arrived it was unfortunate that it was missing some parts. So I practically got up charged for the assembly WITHOUT THEM ASSEMBLING IT. Once I got in touch with customer care about the situation they sent me the spare “parts” via mail. They sent literally 1 OUT OF 4 LEGS! It was comical but I felt a bit insulted. It’s been over a week since the purchase and I have a half assembled sofa in my living room and parts still missing. Here’s the photo of the single leg they sent. Bit of a joke. 1/10 experience.

Associate Alex was the man Sunday evening at the west Hills BOB FURNITURE, He had the patience to walk me through, was very knowledgeable about the product and very very knowledgeable and professional, such a nice associate and courteous, ended up getting the best dining room set i was looking for, He was so so helpful. I say a Big Thank You to him!!!
