They have a better selection of things like plants, carpets, and more compared to Home Depot. While Home Depot usually has a good service but the customer service here was disappointing the day I visited. I waited 20 minutes for help with carpets, but no one showed up, so I ended up helping myself.

Will never shop here again. Their customer service is so inefficient and rude. Waited 40 minutes to return something, and then the clerk named Adriana asked me to walk to the back of the store to do a price check because the item was missing the bar code. I was clearly irritated and said no I could not. She told me it “doesn’t hurt to be nice, and to have a good evening.” How passive aggressive! This was rude and not the way to speak to customers. This store doesn’t have enough employees. I suggest the Thousand Oaks store. They are great.

I got a quote for carpet installation from this Lowe's location, and my experience was very disappointing. The carpet service here feels like a scam. They sent someone to measure my rooms, but the initial measurement was significantly less than what I had. When I called to address the discrepancy, I discovered that the person who did the measurement had canceled two rooms without informing me. I requested a remeasurement, and the same person came back. When I asked why the rooms were canceled, he told me he wasn't supposed to respond to me. Despite this, he assured me everything was measured correctly before leaving.
I placed the order, but a month later, when the installers arrived, they informed me that there wasn't enough carpet for the house. Their solution was to place another order for the remaining area, which would take another month to arrive and install. They treated me as if I had made the mistake, not the person who measured or placed the order.
Overall, I had a terrible experience and do not recommend getting your carpet installation done by Lowe's. They lack experienced personnel, and dealing with them has been a waste of time and money.

I had a fantastic experience with Edward Lopez at Lowe's. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while I was purchasing outdoor tiles. Edward's excellent service made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeking him out for any of your home improvement needs!

Rita the supervisor got involved when an associate told me it’s the new policy not to take anything back when is open, i was a surprise given I been shopping here for years in large amounts for our business and never had issues, first thing Rita said when she wanted to takeover is that how loud i am! In very unprofessional and rude way, I did not raise a voice but seems like she just want to show who’s in control, I would never hire someone for management position that instead of de-escalation with customer is going to start with escalation! Poor experience

Inventory levels are wrong online, not enough help - scanner broken at self checkout. Had to ask to be helped at customer service. Not enough cash on hand to give me change for my bill. Avoid.
