“We had a great experience with Benita at Sleep Number at Topanga. We had already done a lot of research online but being in the store, being able to feel and try the different mattresses, and having Benita describe the products was beyond helpful. We ended up getting more than planned due to the Black Friday deals (discounts and financing) but those decisions were made because we were physically able to touch and feel product. I don’t think that would’ve happened if we did this purely online.
We don’t have the bed yet so this review is only about the service at the store and not the bed itself. That will come later.”
“I called to buy a King size mattress set since the prices Phil quoted over the phone were very fair (actually lowest I found), so I went to his house to take a look. I ended up purchasing a king set for myself and another twin set for my daughter. Great prices and Phil is nice and pleasant to work with - not pushy! Highly recommended. “Found this place on accident while couch-shopping for a new apt. They don’t have much on-site, but Todd said just go to any Ashley store and try stuff out, then contact him and he’ll get it cheaper. And that’s exactly what he did. I asked a bunch of questions and he found a bunch of other great deals on other brands as well, stuff I wasn’t even finding during my own searches. I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley’s! My sales associate, Jacob, was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Jacob took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. On top of that, he worked with us to get a really great deal. A big thank you as well to his manager, Angeles, who approved the deal and made the purchase even better. We left feeling confident and happy with our new furniture.

“Andrew was absolutely wonderful with his knowledge on the different mattresses after finding out individual sleep requirements - mattress firmness, cooling etc. There was no rush to decide. Their price is definitely higher than tempurpedic website or discount warehouses but you do get great personal service at this local Simi Valley business. The 90 day trial period is standard for that manufacturer no matter where you buy it but it's a nice perk. My only negative was their "white glove delivery" which was less than expected especially with the higher mattress price. Positives were great customer service and store selection! I still give them 5 stars despite disappointment with delivery guys.”

“Looking at the reviews it seems like there's quality concerns and shipping issues. If you're local however and you go there you can take your time to look around and examine what you're looking at. I've purchased a 2 seat sofa for my music room and I absolutely love it. The price was very reasonable and the staff helped tie it down in my wife's car. They have frequent rotating stock so it's like a little game to see if they have what you're looking for.”
