“Best location by far. Everyone is friendly and respectful, and as soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a welcome and assistance from the clerks. One miss from the last visit is that I didn't receive my rewards points of a purchase over 500 dollars.Highly recommend to shop in this location great experience overall.”
“If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”
“Great help today for a halibut / shore fishing setup. Worked with Kaden (?) and he was very helpful and did all the work for me - with my particular parameters (weight, action, length, price, etc..) He hit all the marks - and quickly.The store is on a weird corner but parking in the back is easy enough and the store is well stocked. I will definitely go back for my future fishing needs.”

“I just can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am for the owner, Miss Kelly who with each encounter seems only to grow more gracious and accommodating and happy to assist. There is a genuine air of sincerity when she speaks and no sense of impatience or malevolence. She treats the customer with the smallest of purchases as kindly as she would one who made the cash register sing! When I telephone she comes to the phone and is calm and kind and professional and so personal that you almost think she must remember you! Though I can no longer make it to the store, please go yourself and buy lots of her unique and quality gifts and wearables as this is good energy we want more of in this world! “I stopped by here with my wife because she wanted to see what t-shirts they have to offer here. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I didn't and that I was just browsing. They didn't have a lot of variety of shirts but they had some funko pop toward the back. They also had a decent selection of backpacks. The store isn't that big but it's a good enough space for this store.”

“This is a premium styles store so most of their jeans are 100% cotton or close to it. They can embroider and fix jeans too. But what I wanted to highlight is their customer service. There were at least 3 people that worked together to help and get me the styles I asked for. Justin stood out with a smile, eager to answer and find what I needed. I'll be going back!”
“The manager and staff at this location are all amazingly friendly. We went in when it was a little bit of a down type (mid week). All of the staff were assisting us and answering questions. If there was something that they didn't have in store, the manager offered to mail it to us. It was overall a great experience, especially considering most customer service is going down at a lot of retail locations.”

“The most satisfying shop I've graced in a long time. Was lucky enough to find my newest Tarot deck here. The women working were very helpful, gentle, and kind. What a beautiful selection of items. I was even able to get a little gift for my kiddo. The key chain I bought here is my favorite little smile from the Universe that I now see daily. I believe my friends said on a different day that the man working (possible owner) suggested to them a lovely hiking spot that we ventured later that day. I cannot wait to return and give them all of my money. Just take it! ;)”
“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

“Ruby helped me yesterday and gave me some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. I'm a new mom and since having my son have really struggled with my postpartum body. Ruby was able to relate to that feeling and she helped me find a whole new wardrobe. She could tell that I felt lost and didn't know what to pick out or where to start. She spent extra time with me and encouraged me to try sizes and outfits I would have never thought to pick because I'm not good at fashion and because of her, my self-esteem is renewed. What she did for me in the store goes beyond excellent customer service. She fixed my confidence issue and made me feel like a new woman. It's rare to meet a retail worker that passionate about helping others. Also, GAP has amazing leggings that are very well priced and even though crop tops are in fashion you can find real whole shirts in this store that are wonderful quality. I also recommend the cigarette jeans. If you are a new mom or insecure about your body just wait to see Ruby (the lady with purple hair). She will help you. Thank You GAP!”

“I went in to check if they had the panda Nike dunks but unfortunately they only had the spring color Nike dunks. The staff member let me know that they sell out of those pretty quickly. She offered other suggestions at other locations that might have them in stock. I thought that was really nice of her. I didn't buy anything else from the store but I was very satisfied with the customer service.”
“It has been a while since I've shopped at Uniqlo but they have really stepped their game up. The store is very nicely kept and super clean. The quality of the clothes have improved and are still a very good deal. I with there was a Uniqlo closer to me. All of their clothes seem to fit me perfectly. The checkout process was super fast. Their new registers blew our minds and made everything so easy.”

“I spent my birthday money online at AE. Some things didn't quite fit and others didn't fit at all so I ran to the AE store in this mall and was immediately greeted by Emma. She was friendly and so very helpful!! She was kind to my young children. And she helped me return and exchange and purchase new things online all in the same transaction. She also ran back to the shelf and pulled the pair of jeans that I had been considering online. Thanks for your service and help today Emma!”
