Clothes are decent so not reviewing clothes. I have witnessed employees being blatantly racist and harass customers. Overall it was a truly unpleasant experience with incompetent and unintelligent employees working here. I have never seen anything like it at any other old navy so this review is for the one in West Hills. Shop online or go to another store in person as Old Navy is all over the valley.

Old Navy comes in really handy when you're trying to get inexpensive toddler clothing. We find ourselves coming back and aren't disappointed. Everyone who works here are very nice too.

I love this location! The store is always nice and neat and the employees are so helpful. The store is huge and has a nice variety. I took off a star because while the store is bug they are out of a lot of sizes and inventory. I tend to buy online and if I need to return anything I come here. They are so accommodating and nice and it is always a pleasant experience. The parking lot is huge which is nice so there is never a problem finding parking. I will keep coming back.

This store was the best hands down I've needed clothes for my toddler there was a very nice lady her name was Jessica she helped me look for the right clothes for my sons second birthday by giving me suggestions on what to pick she helped me find a couple of outfits thank you for your help Jessica you were truly amazing!!!! Best store experience hands down!!!!

Little expensive. But my favorite basic clothes.In my opinion the kids department is the best! With a lot of options and sizes and sometimes good deals and discounts.The men T shirt are good, and the work pants are in good quality.The women department I'm consider . It's really basic fashion, but if you need big sizes, this is the place to find- most of the time.

I came here with my husband to find some summer apparel for our trip to Vegas. My husband found a great deal on shoes and a t-shirt. I love their activewear, its cheap and good quality. Very comfortable. If you are looking for tops you can wear to the gym, this is the place for you.Parking is free!Fallbrook Center has a lot of other stores like TJ Maxx, Michael's, AMC, Trader Jo's, and many restaurant options.

misleading advertising on the store. display show 50%. then when you buy they dont apply any discount or just 25%. when i tried to go back to complaint they said that i had to return everything with tags. and i just wanted what the display said. i called the company and they said that the stores are not part of the company.? the store said that they can price match. how come you can price match what is on the displays? manager argues that it s 50% on the second item. displays show 50% discount as online. i went to the store and the cashier told me that i had to swallow the price and to ask for the discount next time. i bought $500 in merchandise, easily i got rid off with $100. it;s just not worth to go and go item by item and do price match i will be too stress full and time consuming. this company is very disorganized. the display one thing, workers say another thing, manager another and the main online company is not part of them. i think thats why amazon hasnt wipe them out with this scamming practices.
