Wait times are extreme… even with appointment. They are under staffed. Impossible to make appointments. No phone number to call. Doctor uses this lab so you are beholden to this poor service.

I have always found Quest Diagnostics easy and convenient to make an on-line appointment and when I am a "walk-in," every effort is made to get me in as soon as possible. I like that you can sign-in and scanned your documents in the lobby before you walk in your appointment. Once inside, all you have to do is sit down and let the phlebotomist or other technician do their job.

Quest for a medical facility is very easy to work with. Their scheduling is pretty much on time. Labs conveniently located, and they get you in and out pretty fast and returns the results very timely.
