Poor experience tired rude over worked staff!! No organization skills!! Seem like they all hate there jobs shame really however doesn't excuse there behavior and poor customer service skills!! Definitely Not recommended!!

EASIEST TIME EVER.FOR A.BLOOD DRAW.Employees were plleasant and very business like. The security guard was helpful in helping my husband with my wheelchair. l Everyone was very attentive

couldn't find a time to reserve so went as a walk in. Only one person was working there. waited 30 mins and walked out and went to Lab Corp. Was in and out in 10 mins.

DO NOT USE FOR HAWAII TRAVEL. Do not believe the turn around times on their website. They mishandle specimens and have incompetent staff. Real turnaround times on COVID testing is closer to 6-9 days. This will ruin your life if you plan to use them for travel. They simply do not care that you ordered a hawaii test and will just throw it in a dumpster with the rest of the tests. If you paid $150, you were stolen from fraudulently.

Had testing done by quest, its been 2 weeks and they STILL dont have my results ready. Customer service never answers the phone. Horrible turn around time.

In and out in 15 minutes and I was a walk in. Needed to get blood work done, signed in, got called in after 5 minutes, they were quick and efficient.

Cindy and Bianca were very kind. I know every time I go to get blood drawn I’m going to pass out, or at least get close to passing out. Anyways, the staff there was very reassuring going into it and once I started feeling dizzy they were very quick to bring me some water and a cold pack, which helped a lot. As far as getting blood drawn goes, one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

they are the worse. stay away. it's been 1.5 month and they could not send me the test results. it is a simple blood test. they even lost my blood sample once and had to go local place again. Customer service investigates every time and it takes 7-10 business days. just waste of time.

Clean facilities, very nice staff. Even though I did not have an appointment I was in and out of there is less than 15 minutes Diane who was my phlebotomist was great

Unfortunately for some of you my co-worker and I continue to get faxed lab results that should not be going to us. I don't even live close to this lab but unless you want personal medical information faxed to random people I wouldn't go here.
