Katherine, The security guard made my shopping experience simply amazing. I didn't realize it at the moment but her attention to our surroundings, coupled with a kind and friendly smile made all the difference in shopping here today. I will be back.

The security guard checking receipts dropped, completely breaking the picture frame (both the frame itself and the glass) we bought. The manager told us the item could not be returned or refunded.

The store and items I’ll give a 4.5 stars.
However, the staff I give 1 star with respect.
Employees are rude‼️ Loss prevention in self check out very rude, sarcastic, and really shows she doesn’t want to be there.
Lastly, I don’t like the fitting rooms attendant watching me like I’m going to steal lol ?
I’m not one to point out “profiling” but she was definitely biased towards me compared to other shoppers. If you shop here just get your items go to self checkout and leave.

This place doesnt have variety of well made clothes. Hardly anything is made out of cotton. Everything is Polyester with rayon which are cheaper materials. It has outdated shirt and pant designs. Carries no belts for children. Area for kids was pretty bare. No restrooms for customers. Girl attendant at the fitting rooms was not nice at all. Had a sour face when i asked her about the restoom and when i had to return the unwanted items from fitting room. Very loud registers where cashiers are yelling for customers who have 8 items or less. They need to get the new software where the machine tells people which register to go to. Very chaotic. I'd say try another Ross hopefully its better than this one.

Came to Ross tonight with the family to do a little last minute shopping before closing time.
Was a little disappointed to find the store was very unorganized, dirty and messy.
As I went to check out the line's were pretty long 20+ ppl I'd say.
However, there were two cashier's working, so, I thought the line should move fairly fast.
As I stood waiting in line to check-out
I noticed one of cashier's name "Leslie" left her checkstand area and went and stood at the jewelry area and just stared at us 20+ppl waiting in line to check out.
So, I was next in line to check out as I got up to the cashier, (named "mellie"? "melly"?)
I ask why Leslie the other cashier had left her register to stand to stand near the jewelry area.
Mellie, said to me if you worked here you would know!
I then said excuse me, what does that mean??
And she then told me if I wasn't so rude she would tell me what Leslie was doing.
At this point I'm beyond confused not sure what she was talking about seems to me she was medicated.
Won't be coming back to this Ross again.
They really need to update their customer service.

Do not ever come to this store is disgraceful also Melly And Leslie are miserable and rude to customers
The store is very unorganized and mismatched items
Went to check out in line for at least 20 minutes one cashier working and one standing over there looking
they were very unhelpful and disorganized
the store was a complete mess

Very good for brand bargains.But not for people who value a well-groomed atmosphere when shopping for their clothes.There were clothes on the floor and the sorting of sizes on the racks was rather random.

This review is for the young security guard that works the front of the building he was so kind to me I really want to say his name but I can't remember where I wrote it down- he was so kind! I was really excited to find two full length mirrors and I couldn't carry them all the way out, as soon as he saw me he came over to help me!!! Then there was a task of getting the two giant mirrors in my backseat, and he even helped me to maneuver them into my car to make sure that I was safe. He was such a great help to me and I know he doesn't get extra for doing work like that. It was just such a kind gesture. I will definitel be back to Ross Not to mention forget about these other reviews, repeated times that I've come in here. It has been a smooth experience there's a lot more automated services here than there used to be I would just take advantage of it.
