Very good for brand bargains.But not for people who value a well-groomed atmosphere when shopping for their clothes.There were clothes on the floor and the sorting of sizes on the racks was rather random.

This review is for the young security guard that works the front of the building he was so kind to me I really want to say his name but I can't remember where I wrote it down- he was so kind! I was really excited to find two full length mirrors and I couldn't carry them all the way out, as soon as he saw me he came over to help me!!! Then there was a task of getting the two giant mirrors in my backseat, and he even helped me to maneuver them into my car to make sure that I was safe. He was such a great help to me and I know he doesn't get extra for doing work like that. It was just such a kind gesture. I will definitel be back to Ross Not to mention forget about these other reviews, repeated times that I've come in here. It has been a smooth experience there's a lot more automated services here than there used to be I would just take advantage of it.

Terrible location! Was given a nasty attitude when trying to return an item to the store without a receipt. Why tell me you can return items without a receipt when later on, I get basically cussed out for trying to do so? Beware of this store.

Shopping ?This store is good, but since you find good and cheap things as well as cheap and in bad condition, you have to pay attention to what you buy. I found some trays, the gray ones were for 9.99 dollars and they came with 3 trays, the large medium and small ones and the white ones for 3.99 dollars. and the Christmas bags at 2.99 and it came with 4 bags, it was very economical.

Terrible customer service. They have outdated perfumes and products, when I tried to return it respectfully, the manager was outright rude and stopped responding when I tried to ask why.I bought it just two days back, they even confirmed it on the video that I did buy it from their store but the manager without even giving any reason just didn’t take it back. This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, it was like talking to a child.

Employee refused to give me a refund on few item I purchased less than a week ago. It's all perfect condition, they put different tag on one of the item (when I purchase this wasn't mentioned) it's not the first time this is happening they will purposely will put wrong tags so you won't be able to return!!!! Be aware!!

OK so I usually go to Burlington and I tried Ross just to get a couple of things and I had to go to the restroom so I went to the restroom and the restrooms were disgusting as I was coming out one of the security ladies security guard ladies was in there. She signed her name saying that she checked the bathroom which is still disgusting and I walked out. I asked for the manager the manager is nowhere to be found. I asked another security lady where is the manager? She said nowhere to be found and I told her to let the manager know that the bathrooms were disgusting and she Proceeded to let me know that it wasn't the store that it was the customers fault. I said no it's not the customers all need to clean your bathrooms, so I went up to the cashier and the cashier listen to me and agreed with me. she called the manager right away which is in-house so the two security ladies lied to me anyways, so whether they cleaned it or not, I will never ever be back to that store ever again bad customer service. I WISH I CAN GIVE YOU GUYS 0 STAR!!!! I came today around 6pm, I bought pretty big basket for laundry, and because it was big so I told the lady that I don't need plastic bags. I walked to her, I said hi and she ignored me, she was talking with someone else with some other language I believe it was Russian. But I don't care with that maybe she didn't hear me, I didn't pay attention when she scanned my stuffs until I came home and I saw inside my laundry basket that the boxer that I bought still has the alarm tag on it. I got really annoying by that, but I just try to open it with knife even tho till now it wouldn't open. And I got pissed that SHE ALSO FORGOT TO PUT MY COASTER INSIDE. I tried to called them and they don't even pick up the phone. I hope that lady (around 50ish, look old with blonde hair) can work better in the future. Do not only talking if you can't even do your job right!!!!!

Not the best store for this brand. Things are hung chaotically. Lots of clothes have fallen off the hangers and dirty ones are lying on the floor( Cosmetics are in terrible condition, many packages are damaged and started. But liked the assortment of pants and sportswear and home goods. Cashiers are polite and work fast.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They're generally understaffed and have long lines. Also multiple stores had told me that exchanges were okay without receipts, yet they were giving me a hard time about not having a receipt. I was doing home shopping and so had exchanged multiple items thinking that it didn't matter if I use the receipts or not. They then went on to tell me that there was a limit when using your ID. I've never experienced this before given that I generally am not a reoccurring item returner lol. So at the end of the day it was a waste of my time my time, energy and money. I don't even blame the bottom down employees as the top makes the Policies and has their workers just give generic replies such as "sorry" "I understand," and "it's policy," with no action or way to rectify the situation. I'm done shopping here. And that's just common place practice for all big stores and chains since Covid. Best practice is for everyone to stop feeding their pockets and start put their money towards small businesses.
