I have been with Royal Hills Pharmacy for so many years. I have always been so pleased with their services. I have called them when I have had a problem with my insurance company and they always seem to be able to talk with my insurance company and get things straighten out. They always get medications to me on time. I use the mail order service and I am very satisfied. I am not close to there store but would much rather do business with them then the big Pharmacy’s near my house.

I used to pick up my medications at Rite Aid but when it came to medications I needed right away (like seizure medications), Rite Aid never had it ready and I always had to wait additional time without my seizure meds making it dangerous, and once I switched to Royal Hills Pharmacy, they automatically have all my medications ready including my seizure meds ON TIME! Plus there’s no wait unlike Rite Aid. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Plus it’s in the same building as my doctors. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!!

This pharmacy is very thorough, super efficient, refills are done within 10 mins, they answered any questions i had. Also, staff is super friendly! To top it off, they have a big variety of medical equipment and snacks!

I have been going to Royal Hills Pharmacy for Many Many years . The owner Nelson is caring .
You will find Aurora to be a top notch employee . She is Caring, Concerned, aware of your medication . Making sure it's ready when you get there. You won't find a better employee and person than Aurora. Betty is amazing as well , they work hand and hand to help each other . These 2 employees are priceless . The pharmacist are always working hard to get your medication ready when u need it . Robert has a friendly attitude and answers all questions pertaining to your medication along with the other pharmacists that are there.
If you're looking for a pharmacy don't hesitate to call them the personable touch is hard to find.

Royal Hills has been our pharmacy of choice for many years now.
They are very knowledgeable and helpful and go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of.
Everyone there is very personable and make us feel like we are family. Good old fashioned care. Just like it SHOULD be!

I love this pharmacy the staff is friendly and the pharmacy is very clean. I came in to purchase glucose gummies. They usually didn't stock this item. Little did I know the young lady took the initiative and ordered the gummies when I went back she told me she had ordered some I was very excited it's little things like that makes appreciative of people go above and beyond for the customers.

I would like to request the name and number of the owner of this pharmacy contracted with the West Hills medical center. I do not want a pharmacy manager or supervisor I want the owners name and number ASAP! Been coming here for years...unfortunately when there is a mistake made on their part they don't own up to it they just pass the buck and transfer you to other people either in person or on the phone. Admit that you billed the incorrect insurance etc and take responsibility and fix it so we patients/customers do not have to endure additional pain when we're already not feeling well. Some of us are permanently disabled and this behavior is unacceptable. We spend endless hours waiting on a phone and writing down what the problem is so we can help fix it but no one is willing to work with it. They blame the patient, get huffy with attitude and are beyond negative.

After coming here for YEARS, I believe that today was my last visit. They never seem to have my medication! How can this be? I'm not on any weird, unheard-of drugs. That and the staff isn't very personable. And I NEVER see Nelson any more. Is he still there? His business cards are. Such a contrast between this pharmacy and Oak Hills pharmacy.
