Variety Stores near West Hills, CA

“Very nice employees, especially during the craze with the dumplings and squishy’s!!!
They kept it organized, at the register which makes it pleasant shopping experience during craze.”

“Five Below is one of my favorite stores when I need affordable items without spending a lot of money. Every time I visit, I find something useful, whether it’s snacks, phone accessories, household items, seasonal decorations, fitness products, or gifts. The store is well organized, making it easy to browse through different sections and discover new products. What I like most is the variety. There is always something new, and many items offer surprisingly good quality for the price. It’s a great place to pick up small essentials, gifts, or fun items for kids and adults alike. The staff has always been friendly during my visits, and checkout is usually quick and convenient.Of course, not everything is premium quality, but that’s not the point of the store. For the price, the value is excellent. If you’re looking for budget-friendly shopping and enjoy finding good deals, Five Below is definitely worth a visit. I always leave with more useful items than I planned to buy. Overall, a great store with great prices and plenty of choices. Five stars from me!”

Good customer service from Lauren.
She was very helpful. Although she was busy, she showed me where the items I am looking for are located. Thanks Lauren.”

“Great Experience at Five Below!
Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing during my visit. She was extremely helpful, very kind, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and friendliness made the whole experience better. Customer service like hers truly stands out, and she represents Five Below very well. Thank you, Katlyn, for being so great!”

“Scott and Anthony were BEYOND helpful and kind. I bought a lot of Halloween stuff and they helped get me another cart, check out and even brought things to my car. So sweet of them to go that extra mile-I truly appreciated it and made my day!! Thank you guys!!”

“I just want to share the excellent and truly grateful experience I had today at the Five Below store in Granada Hills.

Yesterday, while I was about to get gas, I realized I didn’t have my wallet with me. I searched everywhere—at home and at work—but couldn’t find it. Later, I remembered that I had visited the Granada Hills Five Below on Wednesday evening.

This morning, I called the store and asked if they could check to see if someone had turned in a Hello Kitty wallet. The person who answered, Stephanie, was incredibly kind and helpful. She asked me to hold while she checked, and shortly after, she confirmed they had my wallet safely stored.

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate that my wallet was kept safe. Inside were my work credit cards, personal debit cards, Universal Member Pass, and some cash—and everything was still there.

Five Below has always been one of my favorite stores, but now the Granada Hills location is officially my favorite! Special thanks to Stephanie for her kindness, professionalism, and truly great customer care.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
