One more time I did't receive the items I purchased online for pick up. Why? Because even though I paid for my order at the time I placed it, the items are not put aside at that time. The items are picked from shelves only when I've parked. Often, an item or more are no longer on the shelf. It's frustrating and not fair. Sure I can wait to buy again, however, I bought several items on sale and won't get the same price. I will look to purchase elsewhere.

Dried vomit in the shopping cart and feces on the floor in the food isle, and probably the dingiest and filthiest all-around store I've ever seen in my life.

Walmart is Walmart like any true chopper will understand does Walmart in West hills locals know it but I live in LA people know in LA there's no Walmart nearby so understandable it's been awhile I've been going to Target a lot and now I know why I never go to Walmart anymore the people shopping in there I just disrespectful employees we're great just the clientele in there I can anymore Target's where it's at pay a little more to see prettier people and better respect

Severely understaffed at any time of the day, any day of the year. You will have to wait in line for minimum 5-6 minutes for checking out through any human assisted counter. Most of the checkout counters are closed throughout the day. The worst is the customer service and return counters where minimum wait time is 15 - 20 mins, sometimes extending upto 30 + mins.

Our West Hills Walmart has been improved and I like that they are providing a limited amount of fruits at this store lately. I got the best deal on their watermelon and corn on the cobs.

Absolutely disgusting store, store is a complete mess and totally unshoppable. Don't they know you can organize the shelves and put inventory in? Maybe clean the floors? It feels like you're entering a third world country. I'd rather pay twice the price and shop at Target. Despicable. -10 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Walmart offers very few fresh vegetables, produce, or fruits, with most of the food section consisting of frozen items. It's not an ideal place for those seeking healthy food options. The location also suggests that the store's target demographic influences its inventory choices.
