I love arteriors the brand, really cool items and I have ordered before. I saw a couple chandeliers I wanted to check out and called into the showroom. Jonathan answered and and said to come on in to see things in person, and not only that but they are having. showroom sale where everything is 50- 70% off so they can bring in new items. Great, why not check the sale at the same time. I confirm with him for Friday.I get there Friday morning 5 minutes after opening hours and the door is locked. Call the store, no answer. After a few minutes I spot someone in there and they see me but do not come to the door for 10 minutes. Finally, the gentleman unlocks the door and I introduce myself. He seems surprised and then remembers our phone conversation (from 3 days before). His Name is Jonathan Welch and he is the showroom manager. He comes outside and says he actually ordered breakfast down the street and will be back in a few minutes and proceeds to lock the door behind him. I was stunned. This is regular business hours and the only person at the store closes shop with the only customer to go get breakfast. He comes back 20 minutes later and lets me in.I'm looking around and the chandelier that Asked about is not there. He says he forgot to tell me they don't have it at the showroom but I can check out the other lighting. Defeats the purpose of me coming, so I ask him about whats on sale per our phone conversation. He says "oh ya, these are the 2 items on sale." In the whole showroom 2 items? That is not what he said over the phone. Then another customer comes in and Jonathan ignores me for the rest of my time in there. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hopefully someone at Arteriors is reading this to see how their showroom is being "managed".Long story short, I got my lighting and furniture from the store down the street who were much more welcoming and attentive. Because of Jonathan Welch, Arteriors lost out in about $50,000 of sales.

Went by the showroom this afternoon to view 2 light fixtures (3pm 1/17). The male salesperson behind the desk did not bother to come to the door to greet me and just sat behind his desk and shook his head “no”. As a business owner, I would never allow such poor customer service.
