“I drive a 2018 Audi A4 in navy blue that I bought ~gently~ used. I never really noticed up until recently that my car had those little swirl scratches in the clear coat. It must've been from the previous owner taking it through an automated car wash....They aren't super noticeable when I have it parked in my parking garage, but any time I looked at it in the direct sunlight, those scratches were all I could see. Anyways, my car was absolutely filthy with bird droppings, tree sap, and water marks after I had it parked under a tree at a friends house for a few days. I've had some poor luck with other hand wash places around LA - I always felt they didn't do a great job for the amount of money I was paying. This was NOT the case with Bubbe's. First of all, the customer service is phenomenal. I spoke to Josh (the owner) to schedule my appointment, and he was so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone, and quoted me $52.99 for an exterior wash/detail, and interior steam/detail. I was honestly shocked at what an awesome deal this is. And the best part is, THEY COME TO YOU. I scheduled my appointment for 9:30am, and Andre (the gentlemen who washed my car), was here right on time. He was super nice, personable, and got my car washed in about an hour. When I tell you I was starstruck seeing my car when he was finished with it, I mean it. All those swirl scratches I was talking about? Gone. I don't know if it was the type of wax he used or what, but my car looks better now then it did the day I bought it. And the interior looks amazing. He steamed all the carpets, and thoroughly cleaned every single crevice in my car. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't mess around with anyone else. Bubbe's is TOP NOTCH.”
