“I drive a 2018 Audi A4 in navy blue that I bought ~gently~ used. I never really noticed up until recently that my car had those little swirl scratches in the clear coat. It must've been from the previous owner taking it through an automated car wash....They aren't super noticeable when I have it parked in my parking garage, but any time I looked at it in the direct sunlight, those scratches were all I could see. Anyways, my car was absolutely filthy with bird droppings, tree sap, and water marks after I had it parked under a tree at a friends house for a few days. I've had some poor luck with other hand wash places around LA - I always felt they didn't do a great job for the amount of money I was paying. This was NOT the case with Bubbe's. First of all, the customer service is phenomenal. I spoke to Josh (the owner) to schedule my appointment, and he was so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone, and quoted me $52.99 for an exterior wash/detail, and interior steam/detail. I was honestly shocked at what an awesome deal this is. And the best part is, THEY COME TO YOU. I scheduled my appointment for 9:30am, and Andre (the gentlemen who washed my car), was here right on time. He was super nice, personable, and got my car washed in about an hour. When I tell you I was starstruck seeing my car when he was finished with it, I mean it. All those swirl scratches I was talking about? Gone. I don't know if it was the type of wax he used or what, but my car looks better now then it did the day I bought it. And the interior looks amazing. He steamed all the carpets, and thoroughly cleaned every single crevice in my car. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't mess around with anyone else. Bubbe's is TOP NOTCH.”

Did a beautiful job on a low door, dent and scrape on my car, took only three days.Recently, I had my car in for a service at the dealer and they told me they couldn’t open the hood. They said the only way they could do it would be pry it open and cause some damage.I took the car to Ultimate Coachworks. Right away they knew exactly what to do and could open the hood without damaging anything.They had my wife and I wait in their office and less than 30 minutes later they had opened. the hood and fixed the broken cable mechanism. I asked what I owed them and they said no charge.You don’t get service like that too many places these days.”

“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the BEST bodyshop I have ever used. I was in TWO accidents (fender benders) and my 2022 Prius needed some serious work, luckily my insurance covered the costs (minus deductible) but the damage was extensive. All of the cars sensors were wrecked, no more parking assist, no more warnings when I'm too close. MBS not only fixed everything, they guaranteed the work. When I took the car back, everything was working better than before. I tested all of the sensors and parking assist. PERFECT. Not to mention the car looks BRAND NEW! Nestor was my point person and he dealt with the insurance company, there as no hassle. In fact when I forgot to mention some damage and told him about after the claim had already gone through, he did a quick readjustment and called the insurance company ... they sent over a check.
