“When I reached out to Henry following an accident, he responded promptly and honestly and provided me with excellent direction on how to proceed. He was able to work efficiently and effectively with my insurance and had my car back to me a week and a half earlier than expected. When I had a strange issue afterwards, it turned out to be unrelated to the accident (a bad battery install by another shop), he and his guys ensured I was taken care of. The work they did to restore the front end and fender of my vehicle was excellent. It feels like I have a trusted uncle in the neighborhood that I can bring my car to.”
“I had an amazing experience from the moment I contacted them until I got my car back. Everyone at Pristine was professional and helpful. They kept me informed throughout the process and did an excellent job on my car.”
“Weather stripping was coming off on my driver side door. Harry sourced a genuine replacement part over night, and was able to complete the repair next day. He was super friendly, and charged me a very fair price for the part and labor. 5/5, will be returning for all my future repair needs!”

“The owner and the crew here are incredibly honest, professional, and community-minded. They went completely out of their way to fix my car, two different times. This is my 5th experience with them. They have earned a customer for life. If you want an honest mechanic for paint or collision repair in LA, bring your car here.”
