Bought a used Benz and been here 3 times in the past month to fix up some minor issues. They also did a preinspection prior to purchase. 1) open during pandemic2) mike, the owner, is honest and incredibly nice3) wont do things that aren't necessary4) about half the price, or more, off of dealership services5) fast at their job

Guy was great ! He looked at my car with intent , an old 2001 bmw 740. He knew exactly what the issue was moments after looking at it. It was just a loose screw ! Can you believe it !? He screwed it in, and sent me about my way no charge. I will definitely come back when something else comes up with the car. Also, side note, the vibe was overall welcoming and has homely type feel to it, which in my opinion, a lot of these more modern type mechanics lack. This was a great experience and he potentially saved me from going to somebody else who might've taken advantage of "mechanical" issue. Look into this shop please for your own sake and peace of mind.

My car started shaking and my engine light came on so, naturally, I panicked and took my car to the closest Mercedes dealership in Glendale. After having my car overnight, they came back and gave me a laundry list of things that I needed to get repaired plus a B service (about $500 at the dealership), totalling to about $2k in charges. This was an insane amount of money considering my car is relatively new and in great condition with under 50k miles. I looked on Yelp and saw Johann's listing with incredible reviews. I called to see if he could take my car in ASAP and he told me yes and to come straight away. After only about 15 minutes, Mike diagnosed the car and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost. I was blown away by his quick turnaround, professionalism, and prices. He fixed my car in only a few hours!What would have cost me over $2k at the dealership was only a FRACTION of the price at Johanne's! I will definitely be coming here in the future with any car issues. Thank you, Mike and Johanne's!

Never go to mercedes service again, go to Johann's! I stopped going to mercedes since I felt like I was always taken advantage of. With Johann, you get a better service at a lower price. He's also very trustworthy, he asked me to take pictures of the parts that I changed to save as an archive for my next service.

Like the many others I am an extremely happy customer! Johann's is hands down the best independent BMW shop in LA. Mike, the owner, has helped me multiple times with my BMW's. From being flexible with my drop off times, to extremely reasonable pricing. They are honest and KNOW what they are doing! All models and all years!My most recent visit, Mike and his expert team diagnosed an extremely big mechanical engine issue with my last car which would have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. He diagnosed the problem as a BMW recall and provided guidance on how to get it fixed at no cost to me! I am thankful for the team at Johann's and recommend them to anyone with a BMW!
