I got here an hour after the store is supposed to open and they’re still not open. I call their phone lines and I see workers in there and I’m told they’re short staffed and they’re filling online orders before they open the store. How about prioritizing people who are actually here in person? I’d understand if it was like 15 minutes after the store was supposed to open and they need a little more time… but an HOUR??

The stores security has you leave bags upfront and then fallows you around the store like you're a thief, it's like they're calling all there customers thieves.

Never do delivery pickup service here. Very rude and unfriendly. Especially the white old male staff is so rude. Don't go here !!!

Super unhelpful and rude employees, no point in placing a pickup order because it won’t be ready in time even if you show up hours after the selected pickup window. Terrible experience

I came into this BevMo to purchase a particular rum that I saw was in their inventory, but it ended up not being in stock (there were only 2 listed). The employee looked in multiple places, but couldn't find it. Then they freely called another store that had the rum in stock, asked them to hold it, and gave me the exact directions.It was a pleasure shopping here.

Don’t go here if you’ve got a big shopping list! The homeless issues so bad they can’t keep carts or baskets around. Staff told me they just got 300 carts in March and they all got a token already in July. There literally is nothing to help you carry stuff around the store. And not their fault it seems like, but makes it very accessible for people with physical disabilities like me. But really, if you need to get more than you can hold and carry in your arms, that’s not accessible for anyone.

No carts or bags for customers. Bad customer service. When I asked for a bag/cart to make a large order, they refused to offer one. So, I decided to leave and go to a competitor that had carts and bags.

This is a big store, great finds!The employees, on the other hand, were rude and lacked customer care touch. They were too busy talking amongst them selves next to the cash register that they could not be pulled away so we could ask them for guidance to find specific bottles we were looking for. Cool store, bad service.

I shop at this store occasionally. When the store first opened, the service was fine -- as well as the product selection. However, the latest several trips have demonstrated this store offering some of the lousiest service, sorry to say. Here are the issues. 1. INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF OPEN CHECKOUT LANES. During the recent pre-holiday Christmas shopping trip, only one (!) checkout stand was available. The fact that the store had just 1 register open, during a busy holiday shopping period, -- is *unacceptable*. As a result, the checkout line was excessively long, and the customers were visibly frustrated. Only after repeatedly asking to open up an additional checkout register, finally did another checkout lane open up. But frankly, this is nothing short of uncaring Soviet type of service, and callous indifference to customers. . 2. WRONG PRICE INFORMATION. This store consistently has issues with wrongly scanned prices and/or misplaced price labels. Again, it appears, the store staff doesn't care, and/or grossly misplaces the items relative to the price-tags. 3. NO CHANGE IN THE CASH REGISTER. During one of my recent trips, upon paying for the item (with cash), the cashier noticed that there was no change at all. Which again, left me in disbelief. I was owed only a quarter (and I let it go, that's fine); however, the fact that the checkout register carried no change, -- is also completely inappropriate of a store. 4. LACK OF SECURITY PERSONNEL. Zero presence of security officers is disappointing and extremely risky, to say the least! -- That's amidst of an uptick in crime and shoplifting incidents. In fact, there was actually a shoplifter in the store during a recent visit (and I alerted the store staff, when a homeless man tried to walk away with alcohol drinks and snacks). Obviously, the store staff was by far not enough to deal with the shoplifting incident. Therefore, please consider hiring armed guards - for your own benefits, as well as to provide safety for both customers and store associates. 5. ZERO RESPONSIVENESS FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE OR STORE. I've submitted numerous emails, filled out surveys, and sent a message online, expressing concerns and providing feedback. However, received zero (!) response. From anyone. This is extremely unprofessional and, once again, uncaring on your end. Shame on BevMo for providing such kind of (dis)service! 6. INAPPROPRIATE MERCHANDISE / LACK OF ALCOHOL INVENTORY. When this BevMo store first opened years ago, the store had a much better inventory, much larger variety and sufficient stock of alcohol drinks, of all types. However, the latest switch of the store (from an exquisite Alcohol Drinks warehouse -- into a cheesy Convenience Store) -- was a *bad* move, and had ruined your reputation, sorry to say... In fact, I just saw a comment from a person "Jason" -- who also expressed similar disappointment. Why has BevMo ruined its inventory and started emulating convenience stores, -- is truly beyond me!.. May I suggest reconsidering this latest move, and perhaps switching back to the upscale Alcohol-Drink / Wine Warehouse, -- the way you once were! Get rid of your unnecessary soft drinks, paper dishes, and other cheesy merchandise, and re-stock with alcohol drinks. Once again, no need to emulate Target, Ralphs, or 7-Eleven! As you can imagine, after dealing with these numerous issues, it is very unlikely that neither my family, nor myself, would return to this store anytime soon. I hope, however, that BevMo will take these comments seriously, and will make necessary improvements. Especially as far as the number of checkout lanes -- during a busy holiday season, the store should have way more (!) than just one register open, it's pure common sense. This would help to avoid long lines and customers waiting for an unnecessarily long time. Lastly, please carefully review numerous other commenters who expressed similar concerns about customer service. Thank you.For now, goodbye!
