They have best service, very patient and professional!They help me choose boxes sizes for me to save money and packed it for me. I feel so helpful. Boxes here in different sizes and half cheaper than ups store. Mostly important is it’s good quality shipping boxes.Strongly suggested buy boxes and ship your package here!

Absolutely the best. Packing is absolutely amazing; the staff are always so kind, and efficient. Plus pricing is so competitive compared to others. I always love going here and chatting with the guys! They are always so warm and inviting.

Hope this store goes out of business. The owner is trash. Noel, who works there, is delightful, attentive, and caring... the little man who owns this place needs a lesson in manners. Avoid at all costs.

They charge to drop off a UPS package that is pre paid (like an Amazon return!) I doubt UPS even allows that as they advertise being a UPS Authorized Shipper.

After walking out of the other store near by. I went here and I'M SO GLAD THAT I DID. I believe the owner (older gentleman) is the sweetest who offered to help me find the right box for my shipment and went extra to package it extra sturdy without charging me. Genuine customer service 100%

Avoid at all cost. Attitude and Incompetence at the highest level. Sent a FedEx Shipment through their service that ended up to have to be pulled by FedEx as label info was unreadable. Their printer did not work. Also shipping clerk did not provide shipping invoice that we filed out and needed for custom clearance. A total nightmare and frustrating experience. This store is very dirty and chaotic. They also advertise they can ship via USPS but they don't. Never again.

This location just told me they will try to solve the issue. I may change my stars to higher rating later based on the developments. (8/30/21)I sipped an overseas package from this FedEx location on 8/28/2020. I was more than understanding considering the covid had made most things difficult. I contacted from the day the package was supposed to be delivered till today per their instructions! We followed all their instructions to get the package delivered. I made tens of frustrating calls, filed multiple complaints & claims. I had to deal with their terrible customer service. I’m very frustrated that FedEx is basically stealing property, not delivering packages then not paying for the claims. This international theft & bad customer service must stop! The USA FedEx has the perfect customer service. Why is it ignored at a criminal level for the International shipping? Unacceptable!

I live near by this black and I always drive pass by it but today I had my first visit, and I must say I loved it, the clark and the owners bough had a great attitude and were duper helpful. I must say the place had a great energy.

ARTISTS: do not pack/ship artwork here. Andy packaged my prints so poorly that nearly 50% arrived severely damaged and now have to be resent. Not only did he deny all responsibility and express no remorse, he raised his voice and repeatedly talked over me.

DO NOT PACK/SEND ARTWORK HERE. I had close to 20 prints packed here. I was assured the packaging would protect the artwork but most have arrived damaged - packing was way too thin to protect them from being bent. I now have to resend multiple prints and cover those costs myself. When I finally got in touch with Andy, he denied all responsibility and blamed it all on USPS. He talked over me repeatedly and expressed absolutely zero remorse.
