All the staff at Superior Moulding are courteous and we had great customer service experiences from the front desk and warehouse teams as well. After several disappointing phone interactions with impatient and/or unavailable competitors, we reached Arthur at Anderson Moulding Doors and Windows. Arthur treated us with courtesy and respect over the phone, explained where we can park, and when we arrived, although this is a busy place, Arthur made himself available. He immediately showed us exactly what we were looking for, he spoke with our contractor and the baseboards were ordered and paid for. Such a smooth and pleasant experience. A giant cut above. “Quick service! My tile guy that man of mine is in and out super quick when he goes in there for job materials and supplies! I haven't gone inside myself but the employees in the yard are friendly enough and always rolling palettes out and onto guys trucks! Always busy busy and my guy always finds what he needs there. I recommend the place so if ypure I'm the trade, I suggest you check it out.”

“I needed to replace the natural stone tiles for my shower floor due to a plumbing issue. I have a custom shower so I knew that it would be very difficult to find tiles that would be similar to the ones I had before. After driving to several different stone and tile stores without any luck, I came across Pacific Stone Tile & Marble. I met with Abel who showed me a selection of tiles that were in stock and on display.
One set came very close, but it wasn't quite right. Abel then showed me another set of natural stone tiles that could be ordered and available the next business day. I couldn't believe it when I saw them. They were perfect! Exactly what I was looking for to replace my shower floor.
It's been a couple of weeks since I bought them, and they look so great in my shower. I couldn't be any happier with the tiles and my decision to purchase them from this company.”
