As a former division 1 athlete with 5 years of rigorous year round strength and conditioning, I would highly recommend Burn 60 studios. They helped me take my fitness to the next level and lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I really like the atmosphere and if you are in the area, check them out and see for yourself.

Burn 60 is the best workout spot in LA. Kasseem and Michelle are so nice. Kasseem is so positive and he always is pushing me to go beyond my limits. I love coming here every week doing the best types of workouts. Overall, the whole energy of the place is excellent and I can’t wait to come back.
