Ms. Escobar the Branch Manager lacks professionalism, customer service and empathy. The ATM machine does not work, it hasn't worked for months, this BM hasn't made any effort to fix it, she's just lounging around while her employees are struggling assisting all the clients that couldn't do anything at the ATM, also she is rude and unprofessional, she needs to be fired immediately. Do Not Go to this location is like stepping into the 90s nothing works.

Such an awful bank, and sadly the location kept it in business rather than the one on Sunset. ATMs never functional here. Room to go into after hours never functional here. Simply the worst.

They lost over $2000 belonging to me because of an error on the part of Miko the Chase Private Client rep we got stuck with. We have spent hours jumping through their hoops in the branch and waited weeks and weeks so far. Now I have yet another form to sign and this time I have to go pay for a notary to do it! Seriously? You are better off with the Three Stooges as your bankers.

I agree with all the negative comments regarding this Chase Branch. I would expect that Chase management would notice the complaints regarding this location. The customer service is deplorable, no one at this branch has been cooperative or wanting to give you the time of day. I have reached out to Chase customer service and very little response. I have emailed, called and was told to have a meeting with the branch manager. No one there to help! Any advice or solutions in getting in touch with district manager would be very much apprciated.

If I could give less stars I would. Horrible service. I was made to wait to make deposits while they helped other people. I had 5 small deposits and after doing 2 I was told I had to wait for them to help people behind me. This is after waiting for 15 minutes to be helped. All this while two other customers that had been at windows since before I arrived were continued to be helped. Insane. I never thought I'd ever have to check the reviews on a major bank branch.

THE WORST CHASE BANK IN LOS ANGELES. I've been coming to this Chase Bank for years!!!! A few times a year I have a family poker game and other personal reasons I need to get some $1's and other change. The Chase Bank representative named Rene has been helping me for years and every time I ask for change he asks if I have a business account and he won't allow me to get change and limits me to $200. No help or suggestions where I can find change(you would think your local bank right) No "I'm sorry", or "maybe you can try this branch", or "maybe you can call in before". NON OF THAT, just a cold shoulder and no customer service what so ever. Look at there reviews here on Yelp and how many stars they have!!! That says it all. You go to a certain bank because of the customer service and friendliness and this branch has NONE OF THIS. It's sad because this is a small town and word travels fast and they already have the reputation of being NON-FRIENDLY. Looks like someone needs a 101 class on customer service if there going to be in the business.

The absolute worst chase bank location. Only one banker working and snappy old lady in another cubicle saying they will be with you when they are done. One guy in his office hiding behind a computer so he doesn't have to help anyone. One guy in another office explaining how the earth was formed to another couple. THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE! CHASE CORPORATE PLEASE DO SOMETHING!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR CHASE, NEVER HAD AN ISSUE AT ANY OTHER LOCATION! THIS PLACE NEEDS MORE STAFF!! Get rid of the nasty old lady!!! There are six unoccupied cubicle offices WTF????? Left after waiting 45 min to open an additional account.

The staff is overall not inviting but not stand off-ish either just indifferent it seems. I come to this chase to drop deposits for work but based on those sole experiences i wouldn't consider opening an account with this branch. At times they dont have the change we need or will ask me to wait longer so other people waiting in line can go ahead of me. It seems rather unfair to me since we're still customers with the branch even if its a business.

TERRIBLE BANK. Had a very bad experience. I opened both a savings and checking account to get the bonuses offered. Put significant amount in savings and opened a checking account which had to have a direct deposit from employer or pension in order to get the bonus. The bank officer told me it would take about 2 months to get the direct deposit in, so I went home and made arrangements. Guess what... my payment went there but they had CLOSED my checking account. So they didn't take the payment. I could not reach the branch on the phone 3 days in a row. They never answer the phone! I called the main number for Chase and had to wait forever ... finally someone answered. Had to talk to 7 different people... who had no idea why the checking account was closed. And I had plenty of money in the savings account. The first 4 people had no idea where my deposit went. One person said, not to worry... it was there. But the last 2 people told me they sent it back. I specifically opened the account to get the bonus and specifically changed my pension check to direct deposit but now they caused me so much trouble and wouldn't reopen the checking account. They said they closed it because there was no money in it for 60 days. If the rep I signed up with had told me that when I opened the account. I could have put some money into it. But he did not tell me! He knew it would take a couple months to have my direct deposit redirected to their bank... but he didn't tell me they would close the checking account days before my direct deposit arrived. They caused me lots of trouble and aggravation and I won't even get the promised bonus. A TERRIBLE BANK...THE BRANCH THAT GIVES MISINFORMATION AND NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. Very bad service!!! 2 thumbs down to Chase Bank.

Poor service. The tellers are very dry. Not helpful at all. Tried to charge me $8 to cash a check written from their bank.

Something has changed with Chase. Up until the last couple months, they were friendly and caring. Not anymore. My daughter has had enough of hidden fees and charges and is leaving them. That prompted me to contact them to find out how to transfer money if she's with another bank. The lecture and rude attitude were just too much. Then when I was asking about what happens if I leave with my United Mileage Plus card, more lack of care. Been with them at least 30 years. Looking for a new bank, perfect timing, some cash coming in from a refi and I'll enjoy moving it to a new bank. Too bad no one at Chase cares.

These ATMs at this location are always malfunctioning. They've eaten my deposit before and it took days to get back. Today one of their ATM would only dispense increments of 100 and the other dispensed $80 in $5's, I didn't know that they even gave 5's, but, I'm gonna be super embarrassed when counting them out at my local weed dispensary!

Worst customer service there is. I went to breakdown $250 in 5 and 10 dollar bills for a friend that is a Chase customer and they could only break down $100 for I wasn't a Chase customer and that is their policy. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? Is not as if I was trying to give them Monopoly money in exchange for US dollars., way to go Chase! What a way to gain customers!!! I'm a Bank of America customer for the last decades and was planning on switching to Chase due to convenience for it's within 100 feet from my house but given their ridiculous "policies" and the worst customer service, it will never happen. McDonalds has better customer service than Chase, what a joke!
