Poor service. Left work early to be there at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon to open an account, and no one is available to help. One bank agent was locking up her desk to go home early and the other agents were already busy with customers. They are closed on Saturdays now too, so if you work regular hours, it's very hard to get there during business hours. This was the second time I was there in two weeks, and no service. Go elsewhere, where they are better staffed.

One of the Hispanic male banker there is really annoying, offers little help and asks inappropriate questions . Very unprofessional!

They lost over $2000 belonging to me because of an error on the part of Miko the Chase Private Client rep we got stuck with. We have spent hours jumping through their hoops in the branch and waited weeks and weeks so far. Now I have yet another form to sign and this time I have to go pay for a notary to do it! Seriously? You are better off with the Three Stooges as your bankers.

I agree with all the negative comments regarding this Chase Branch. I would expect that Chase management would notice the complaints regarding this location. The customer service is deplorable, no one at this branch has been cooperative or wanting to give you the time of day. I have reached out to Chase customer service and very little response. I have emailed, called and was told to have a meeting with the branch manager. No one there to help! Any advice or solutions in getting in touch with district manager would be very much apprciated.

If I could give less stars I would. Horrible service. I was made to wait to make deposits while they helped other people. I had 5 small deposits and after doing 2 I was told I had to wait for them to help people behind me. This is after waiting for 15 minutes to be helped. All this while two other customers that had been at windows since before I arrived were continued to be helped. Insane. I never thought I'd ever have to check the reviews on a major bank branch.

Service was fair but needs improvement esp. teller name Rene L. when I got some roll of coins told me if I used those roll of coins for business "chase" will removed my account, Chase bank have been great to me but there are a few tellers that needs training on customer service and he is one of them.. not happy with this location..

THE WORST CHASE BANK IN LOS ANGELES. I've been coming to this Chase Bank for years!!!! A few times a year I have a family poker game and other personal reasons I need to get some $1's and other change. The Chase Bank representative named Rene has been helping me for years and every time I ask for change he asks if I have a business account and he won't allow me to get change and limits me to $200. No help or suggestions where I can find change(you would think your local bank right) No "I'm sorry", or "maybe you can try this branch", or "maybe you can call in before". NON OF THAT, just a cold shoulder and no customer service what so ever. Look at there reviews here on Yelp and how many stars they have!!! That says it all. You go to a certain bank because of the customer service and friendliness and this branch has NONE OF THIS. It's sad because this is a small town and word travels fast and they already have the reputation of being NON-FRIENDLY. Looks like someone needs a 101 class on customer service if there going to be in the business.

Attention CHASE: This location fails in every regard to providing quality service to a customer. Instead you will encounter Extremely Poor Customer Service every time without fail. Even by the “manager” who did not even know how to make my deposit and also refused to make change from my deposit, something I have only encountered at this lazy location. They fail to realize they are in service to the customer and instead act like you owe them, it so silly.
