This location is hands down the worst managed Citibank in the history of banks. I have gone into it multiple times only to find there to be no tellers where there should be, or you ask for a roll of quarters but they don't have it. The tellers are sitting at their booth talking to one another when you walk in, and you ask for a simple roll of quarters and they have to shut down their station and make you wait 10 minutes while they go in the back and find it, when they could have done that instead of chatting. Each time I visit this place, it's one horribly executed customer service incident after another. I've just been too busy to switch banks, but it just happened again the other day when I walked into the branch the middle of the afternoon and there's two or three locations for tellers and there's no tellers in site whatsoever. So, I stand there for 5 minutes and still nobody shows up. And this is not one time or two times; this is every other time I go into this branch. Look at the other reviews about this place and you'll see that I'm apparently not the only customer who feels this way. It's amazing they haven't fixed this problem yet

I had my wallet and phone stolen in WeHo Halloween weekend - the teller at Citibank Alessandra (sp?) was so helpful and nice and was able to expedite me a new debit card. She also was able to use my passport to verify my ID - again, wallet stolen and I dont have my ID- and get me cash out of my account, and I was able to pay my rent on time. Thank you so much for your help!

The bank has the worst customer service. Especially under the branch manager of Rosa P. I personally spoke to her and the way she handled a gold customer is unacceptable. I would file a complaint to the district manager about her way of handling citi gold customer
