Simply the BEST el pollo I’ve ever visited (& I visit a lot). The most caring and sincere staff (Ofelia, Daniel, David & Jackie are always the sweetest of people-I eat here daily). The food is quality and the prices are fair. The restaurant is always super clean. Thank you for being such a great place to visit. The BEST!!!!

Great food and experience. It was our first time in California in years and we had never eaten here before. It was Great Mexican food served up hot and fresh! As a photographer I really enjoyed the photo collages on the wall and felt inspired. I took a picture with the manager Victor because he was really nice and made us feel welcomed. Thank you.

This is to the middle aged Hispanic Pollo Loco manager on-site this evening today - I'm surprised that as a manager you cannot communicate what you need me to do on an app for me to get my food that I already paid for and showed up to pick up. When I can't understand you or what you need from me because of your inability to articulate, that is not my fault. For me to greet and treat you respectfully and for you to stand there behind the counter and roll your eyes because of miscommunication you created, just to end up handing over the food without me "confirming" anything on the app let's me know that you are unfit for your position, you're immature, and you just wanted to give me a hard time because you're having a bad day or something. If you hate your job so much, quit and allow someone more qualified to take your position who doesn't give customers a hard time for no reason. I feel deeply sorry for you, to be in such a bad place that you treat respectful customers in this manner.

Today I acted like a child and I'd like to apologize to the manager for my wildly childish behavior. I needed to use the restroom urgently, I asked to use the restroom and was looked at poorly and spoken with rudely by the manager. But that doesn't excuse my outbursts. I'm sorry for swearing and loosing my cool.

a great place to have some chicken food , the place is great the only only thing is that the staff let the homeless come inside and steal drinks from the machines , and the problem is that the homesless then go to the tables when u are eating and bother you , i think the leans staff should not let other pepe come in or at least not let them bother other

2 stars bc it's over priced and I get why " WeHo" , also they do not add much chicken in their chicken bowls and plates I think it was a ratio of 10% chicken 90% rice and beans.

I don't know if it was their food, but I got really sick later.It was noisy and chaotic in the store. Lunch time. All bets are off. The employees seemed to push us along and out the door. They should have rushed us BEFORE we got their food.And it really should be better at these prices.
