The worst pharmacy I have ever used. They close early and open late, there’s no telling when you can pick up much needed medication. And they are the most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. Do not use this joke masquerading as a pharmacy.

The lady at this pharmacy literally screamed at me because she didn’t like my insurance and then she screamed at me again cuz I didn’t have cash to pay for the 60 cent copay so she charged me extra on my card. I kind of can’t believe this happened to be honest. They really should not speak to customers the way they do.

These people are extremely rude. This is the kind of place you walk into and they stare at you to see and say nothing. These are very xenophobic/prejudice people running this spot. Sorry not sorry. Second time coming into this place and get treated like s*** either because I'm not one of them or maybe because they don't know me? Not overreacting. But that's kinda the typical business owner personality here in West Hollywood.

Haven't had the opportunity to use it as a pharmacy - I use this as a quick drugstore. After ALL the other drugstores (Rite Aid, CVS, etc.) were sold out for WEEKS of the essential virus-protecting items - this was the only place that was stocked. I was so grateful to be able to get gloves, masks, thermometers, rubbing alcohol (multi-purpose for wiping things down, like your phone, keyboard; prefer this to gloopy hand sanitizer for my hands). Nearly next door to the post office, there is also a parking lot, and super convenient to walk right in on Fairfax. Tiny, they just have a few key items, but spotlessly clean, and also nice to know about if you can't face the crowded stores and long lines at the other places.

I was so moved by the wonderful experience here I just had to share. I do not live in the area, but my husband is a first responder in LA who was in desperate need of a thermometer. With this coronavirus pandemic it's impossible to find a thermometer anywhere. I called 26 pharmacies in the area and Fairfax Pharmacy was my last call, next time it will be my First call! I wish I remembered the name of the sweet girl who helped me on the phone. I must have asked her 5 questions about this specific thermometer and I could hear she was busy in the background. She was calm, patient, and kind. She answered all my questions. They only had 1 thermometer left and I asked if she could hold it. Since it was the last one and a high demand item she told me they usually wouldn't hold it. When I told her I needed it for my husband who was a local first responder she offered to set it aside for him to pick up. When he arrived they had it ready to go in a bag and would not let him pay for it. We were so touched, during times like these we have to stick together. Please support this local business I know we sure will. Thank you for helping taking care of our heroes.

5 days after dropping off my prescription, I called to see if they were ready. They had never ordered them! They also decided to wait this long to tell me that I should probably go somewhere else, because they couldn't fill 2 of them. QUACK

Rose the "tech pharmacist" is the most impolite, rude person I have ever come across. Her attitude towards customers is a disgrace. If you hate your job, get another one.
