Roberto has been our mechanic for two years now and he and his team have always treated us like family. Roberto always finds time to answer questions and look at our car, he is very pedagogical and the job is very well done at a fair price. I highly recommend him and his team.

When I turned the key on my Volvo, it made a loud rumbling noise and when I drove it, it had a loud knocking and banging noise too. I took it to my usual auto repair place three times, and the mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with it. That's when I decided it was time to see another auto service. I went on Yelp and found G & B Auto Service. All I could think is this may cost at least $1,000 or more because it has to be something serious. When I called to find out what they found and how much it would cost to repair, Susie asked me if I had some work done on my car. I told her, yes, I did and she told me, that what they found was that there were some loose screws on the motor mount. She said they took it for a test drive and it was fine. The charge was $50! I couldn't believe it! We took it out for a long drive and it was just fine! No rumbling when we turned the key and absolutely no banging and knocking sound! G & B Auto is now our "go to" auto service whenever we need anything done to our car! Thank you, Susie, and everyone at G & B Auto Service!

I rarely leave reviews, usually only when things were so bad I feel people should know. This is the complete opposite. I've been to G&B over 5 times for various repairs with my car over the last several years. Every time they've exceeded expectations in value, time, quality of service, and any other thing you can categorize. It's so hard to find a quality body shop you can trust; if you're reading this you've found it.

I've come here multiple times and it always trips me out how amazing they are. West Hollywood is full of smoke & mirrors but not this place! They're absolutely amazing and give you the truth & only the truth. They're so good that one time I had a headlight out and they replaced the bulb for free. Not because that's a service they offer, but because they value me as a client and know I will come back. I highly recommend this place! Their prices are great and their service is excellent! Overall best BEST bang for your buck. No fluff, no lies... just good honest service. I truly love these people.

Trustworthy mechanics! Had a check engine light go off. I thought I needed to replace a O2 sensor, but after their inspection they were able to fix it without replacing the part. Seemed like the connector was loose and dirty. They only charged me for the diagnostic. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing experience with G & B Autoservice. Roberto and Suzie aren’t only fantastic at their job, they are also the nicest and most helpful people I have met in a long time.I am from Germany and don’t know a lot about cars. Moving to LA I got a little lost in trying to find an affordable and reliable car. Roberto went out of his way in helping me to find a car in great condition I could afford. He fixed a few necessary things and made sure it is safe to drive.I always thought that there is a special place in hell reserved for all the mechanics and body shops that ripped me of in the past (haha), but Roberto and Suzie proved me wrong. I am eternally grateful for their help and friendliness in a time when I desperately needed help.I wholeheartedly would recommend this bodyshop to everyone who is looking for a fantastic mechanic/bodyshop that treats you and your car with fairness and honesty. This auto repair shop is very honest, friendly, reasonable charge on parts & labor. I'm completely satisfied with them. This auto shop is highly recommended. Roberto (mechanic), diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes & replaced the axle on my 2014 Honda Civic in less than 2 hrs. Wow!

I was very happy with the service. I called and Susie and Roberto were very helpful. I was able to get me in and out within an hour. My front bumper was coming off and they were able to get it fixed and it done. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to take their car.

My experience with this Body shop was nothing like I've ever experienced in the past elsewhere. They were personable, professional and provide quick and concise details when it came to my needs. In fact, I learned a lot about laws of California regarding car insurance companies. I have taken two cars to G&B and they have done more than I expected both times. They are the sort of place that will fix your radiator and polish a scratch on the house. These folks are kind, honest, upfront, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to save me unnecessary costs, to respect my time, and to explain precisely what was going on with my Volvo. Susie treated and spoke to me as if I were a member of her family. They told me to come back if I have any more issues with the car, and I will. I would recommend this place in an instant.

After looking through numerous reviews of auto shops in my neighborhood, I am so happy I landed on G & B Auto services. As a woman navigating a mainly dominate male space of auto repairs, it was important for me to find a shop where I felt safe and respected when addressing issues concerning my car. G & B Auto Service did that for me. I was able to take my car in the same day I called for a full body inspection. Roberto really took care of me and my car and made sure I understood exactly what was being done for it. He gave me the best prices and was fully transparent on the parts breakdown pricing. Susie was also extremely lovely to communicate with on the phone. She called me numerous times to update me on the status of my car when they were slightly behind schedule.
