Horrific experience with HRT compounded prescriptions. They got my order completely wrong several times, they sent me the wrong items and then they tell me they will not refund me until I send the item back to them(they are expecting the correct item to be mailed back, like I was expecting the correct order). I already threw them out so, no refund for me I was told. I decided I am going to fish them out of the trash and send back.
Another example is I had two packages opened by the time they got to me late. I had two other packages where the bottles were crushed and the pills were all over the place. They refuned me on that one cause I sent a photo.
This complany is not regulated by the FDA, most compounding pharmacy's are not. I really don't trust that they can complete my order correctly or that the items in it will be correct. It is very frustrating as my Doctor and I are trying to dial in the correct dosage.
My local pharmacy tech at Rite Aid are more knowledgable about the prescriptions than these people.

My holistic doctor recommended to get my progesterone prescription here since it’s fresh pressed and in an all natural form. I couldn’t recommend Earth Compounding Pharmacy more. Super friendly and easy to get refills via text or phone. Vivian is so kind!

I have been getting my cat's medication here for the past 3 years, and I could not be happier with the product and service they've provided us. Not only are my cat's stomach chews and thyroid syrup tailor-made for her (both are chicken liver flavored so she happily eats them), Earth Compounding Pharmacy sends me reminders for refills, and someone is always available via phone or text to answer my questions. Everyone I've ever spoken to there is so nice, and it's just such a relief knowing my cat's health is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Being that testosterone isn't considered necessary and therefore covered by insurance, I really appreciate the many different offers to save on your order. Service is always courteous, prompt and expedient! I feel like they have my back in times of need and keep a track record of when I am running low for refills! They are my Personal Assistant. I know I will never run out of my prescription with them!
