The room was exceptional! So beautiful and big and the location was perfect. Close enough to the action and restaurants to walk but tucked in a residential corner so it was peaceful at night! I will definitely be back!

We had a one-night stay at this property, and could not recommend it enough. The rooms were huge, wine hour on the roof upon check in was lovely, and valet parking was seamless. The area was centralized to everything West Hollywood has to offer. All the staff around the property was attentive to our requests and kind. We would love to book again eventually! Worth every penny.

The very best! I am a hotel enthusiast, and Le Parc Suites is now at the top of my list. On a scale of 1-10 for hospitality, I’d easily give Le Parc a 15. From phone correspondence with Leilani at the front desk before my stay (who also greeted me upon arrival) – every hotel staff member I encountered was stellar. And the hotel aesthetic is magnificent! My suite was spacious with smart hip décor. All my requests for the room before I arrived were in place. The rooftop bar, pool, and tennis court is welcoming and beautifully maintained. The General Manager Karla Rogue is a delight. Kudos to those generous and gracious Le Parc staff members who I had the pleasure of meeting: Leilani, Loida, and Andreanna (front desk); Alejandro (maintenance), Worku and Jorge (valet), and Iram and Otto (bar). Thank you all for making my weeklong stay in West Hollywood pleasant, entertaining, and superbly enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again soon.
Rooms: Rooms are spacious, hip design, and great balcony
Noteworthy details: Quite area in WeHo while being nearby everything in West Hollywood

This hotel is so gross. Don’t stay here! It looks like they haven’t cleaned in a while, the room I was in smelled so bad, I’ve actually never been somewhere that smelled so bad, and was so disgusting. Actually avoided the bathroom as much as possible, the water in shower even smelled like sewage, something is wrong with this hotel. We actually left our trip a day early because we couldn’t stay in this hotel any longer. They never came in to clean our room which was weird. The bedding was offensive, there’s wasn’t even a real sheet on the bottom, it was basically just a random sheet on bottom and a weird empty duvet on top. The food is terrible. They also charge $65 a day for parking which was unclear, but there’s no where else to park. It’s also not cheap, there’s much cheaper hotels in the area that are much nicer. The location was decent as you could walk places, and the bartender at the pool was lovely!

Stayed here for the hotel’s convenience to my son’s Drs appts at Cedars Sinai. This was my second stay at Le Parc and I was charged $500 for what the hotel said was a stain on the rug from my dog. I have a Shih-tzu and he travels everywhere with me and he’s never left in any hotel room alone. Even if that were the case, (which it was not) you can replace a rug for $500 let alone clean one! The room #349 had an odor upon arrival which I mentioned to the valet so it was less than clean to begin with. I should have insisted on a different room but had more pressing concerns. This felt like a scam to me in order to get more money and the charge was made without my knowledge or an explanation. I discovered it on my credit card bill afterwards. Unfortunately a phone call with management only added to my dissatisfaction. I usually stay at the Four Seasons. Needless to say I will not be returning to Le Parc. You get what you pay for and in this case pay even more for less. Unacceptable policy and unprofessional customer service prompted this unfavorable review.

Safe, quiet location in LA. Great hotel with first class service. A top address for a family with children. Huge room with two double beds and a balcony to the west. Parking is a little more expensive, but hey, in the middle of LA and the valet guys are great and if you request the car 20 times a day... it doesn't matter.
The restaurant was always lightly attended, the staff there were polite and happy to fulfill the families' small special requests...extra ketchup, extra ice cream, extra bowl, extra anything, children are welcome.
Happy to pay a little more for this place! Le parc is worth every cent!
Safety: Safest neighborhood in LA. Access to the hotel at night only with card... lots of staff.
Walkability: OK, no walk of fame nearby, but best place for strolling and strolling.
Food and drinks: Best French toast ever, great pancakes and in the evening try the club sandwich… delicious.

We stayed there for two nights. Rooms were nice and clean. Small issues were here and there, but they took care of that.
The only bad experience was with their valet parking. They don't offer regular parking. We had to hand over our car keys to them. As we have a big Escalade, their staff members were sleeping in our car at night. As we can always tell with car seat positions. And Car's Gas tank was low. Not how we left last night.I brought this to the Manager's attention.... I told him to come and see the car. Check the seats. He said I can't, as I am by myself. Which was not true again. All he said is we will do internal inquiry. Not an acceptable practice.

Absolutely loved staying here, very spacious suites, beautiful rooftop view of the hills and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again!
