First Megaformer class while visiting LA with my sister~It was 45 minutes and intense!. The exercise sequence was well-arranged and there were quite a lot of them. I recommend instructor Noelle she’s pretty nice and very patient with us as beginners.

I own a Lagree studio in Miami and I had the pleasure of taking a class with Mikael. He is the best. I’ve been doing Lagree since 2016 and I have been to many Lagree studios and he stands out from the rest. Great guy too!
