Got a call from this insurance agency today and after expressing that I wasn't interested, somebody by the name "John" told me to go f*ck myself and called me a bi**h. So unprofessional, especially after calling ME over and over. Attempted to call back but I didn't get an answer. Sounds like a scam and I wish I could give zero stars.

Rob is the best!! He is very personable & takes the time to give thorough knowledgeable information. He recently gave me advice on a refinance & spent a long time explaining about refi's & whether or not the refi I was considering would be beneficial to my particular situation. I am so appreciative of him taking the time to patiently answer all my questions & offer his thoughts. His knowledge & expertise goes beyond insurance. I can't say enough positive things about Rob. He has been our insurance broker for five plus years. He gets us great rates on the coverage we need. He catches things that other insurance brokers miss. He also doesn't waste your money by over insuring. He is responsive, fast and genuinely has your best interests at heart. We are buying a house in a brush zone and he knows everything about securing the right coverage and he really helped us. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Rob!

Robert Seate helped me ABOVE and beyond!!! He spent over two hours on the phone with me finding me a new insurance policy despite my bad driving record. For as long as I can remember, Rob has been taking care of my families home and auto insurance. Today, I became a real adult and got my own policy with my fiancé and can't thank Rob enough for staying late on a holiday weekend to get paperwork done for me so I could drive off with my new car. Rob is friendly, honest and really takes time to curate the best deals for you and your family. Can't recommend more highly.

When my wife and I moved to Beverly Hills from out of state, we didn't realize that some of our old insurance wouldn't carry over because apparently the insurance companies have different rules for coverage in different states. So we needed to find new auto and renter's insurance (and we had to get earthquake insurance, now that we're in CA)! I talked to State Farm first and, after a lot of back and forth, discovered they wouldn't give us renter's insurance because we live in an area with lots of trees and brush. What a waste of time. Didn't figure it out until I'd already gone through all the motions. The thought of calling two or more companies and repeating that same process made me sick. That's when my wife looked online and found Rob Seate through Yelp, and we couldn't be happier. Rob loves what she does, he's good at it, and he likes people. So he's patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. And he gets results. After I gave Rob our information, he got a great quote from another company and they have a great reputation. Rob even found a way to legitimately work around the trees and brush issue, for fire protection, and he got us coverage for that, too. The other great thing about working with someone like Rob is that, when things come up after you have your insurance, and you have questions, you can still email or call him and he'll help you figure out what you need.... after the sales rep you might have talked to at your insurance company is probably long gone. You know, I never thought I'd be here writing a review for an insurance agency, but here we are. I imagine there are like 4 people in the world looking up insurance agents on Yelp but when you feel moved, you feel moved. As it says at the end of Rob's bio - he takes the time to explain. I *love* that about Rob. I always feel like I've learned something about how insurance works after a call or an email, and better still, I come away thinking that Rob knows his stuff COLD. His explanations make sense; it's not a bunch of hand-waving. I trust Rob to tell me what's up, and I value his advice immensely. Especially since if you're calling him about your policy, chances are something shitty just happened to you. Like, say, someone smashing into your parked car. He was familiar with the other insurance company, knew the types of coverage they generally offered, and weighed that against my own policy. I don't want to get *too* specific about my situation, but he outlined the claim process for me, told me what to expect, what to look out for, and what I should have in hand before hanging up the phone with my insurance company. At the end of the day, I feel like I'm in good hands with a good neighbor who's always there.
