Had to cancel my membership because the manager was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunate, as the other staff members were fine. To whoever runs this place at the district manager or corporate level, please look into this as this kind of unprofessional behavior will only end up costing you money in the long run.

I cancelled my service in person at the Hollywood location several months ago. Soon after the location closed and there was no longer any one there or any services to be provided. However I am still being charged monthly. While I have filed a dispute with my credit card company I would caution anyone to do business with this company. This is clearly unprofessional and unethical business practice. And I am not the type to write reviews, this was just so egregious I wanted to let any potential victims be warned ahead of time. There are also many other tanning salons with better facilities that do not require a monthly subscription. Avoid them at all costs.Service: Tanning

This place is AWFUL! First time I was here they tried REPEATEDLY to get me to buy a package when I told them I only wanted a one time tan. They wound up selling me just one reluctantly for about $30. I just walked in today to do the same and they tried to tell me they don’t sell single sessions and they tried to get me to buy ONE session for $70!! What a joke! Over-priced and awful customer service. Save your $!!!Service: Tanning

I have a monthly reoccurring membership and have been going to this tanning salon to do their platinum beds and also do a spray tan afterwards. I go at least once a week. They are always busy! Always! And their team works extremely hard to make everyone happy! They are always polite, courteous, and bury answering everyone's questions, cleaning and making everyone happy! It's always a pleasure going there and being greeted with a smile. I'd highly recommend them!

Well, they tried to use an EXPIRED solution in the Versa machine which the machine recognized and warned me as I was about to walk in. I politely brought it up and asked them to replace it with an unexpired one and they said that they don't do that and that they need to use the expired one first. Expired almost a year ago ... the personnel told me that this is the manufacture date and not the expiration date and that the machine was "confused". Interesting enough all the other containers that were in the machine had a future date (!!) (there is one solution/container for each shade). How it was the manufacture date if the date of the other identical boxes was in the future? I asked for a refund and they said the sale is final and that they can only give me a credit to use on their products. I said that I am happy to get a spray but not the expired solution and they said they said no, I told them I don't want a well expired spray that might not be safe on my skin ... I would skip that salon and hope someone warns sunless that their products and machine are being misused and re potentially harming people.

Super! They have the best beds. It is clean, they are always happy, always eager to help and advise you. It is refreshing and so relaxing. You feel so great after a session. No wonder they are still there after more than 20 years!

Easy, quick, and convenient, however the floors are so gross - if you’re getting naked and taking off your shoes for a service, you really want a clean floor. The place could really use a deep clean hence the 4 stars. The staff is always super friendly and sweet.

Half of their tanning beds are broken, maybe fix them for once? The wait times are unreasonable as is, it's a popular location I get it, but when the beds you pay for are not working and they give no alternative besides lowering you to the most basic level, then what am I paying for exactly?

I’ve been coming to the salon for years. And, besides the quality of the beds and new products they always offer, I’d say this is the best team they’ve ever had. Levy and Nia are so professional, always have a smile and are always willing to help. I’m happy to be a long time customer and see what a great addition these two are!
