Great Staff & Lovely Building, but we just didn’t like the food or the bed. Otherwise, everything else was so great. 9/10 would come here again. From the colorado rocky mountains!Nearby activities: the hotel has great activities for couples from in-room dining, two restaurants, rooftop pools, 24hr access to the gym & the lovely spa floor.

The hotel has excellent food options for breakfast- the Muesli & Matcha latte were delicious. Dining is casual at Wolfgang Puck Ospero- Calamari & Kale salad for starters. The meatballs were exceptionally tender & full of flavor.Rooms: The room was ample & had great lighting in the bathroom. I loved the cleanliness of wood flooring.Nearby activities: Fred Segal retail & live comedy across the street.Walkability: Plenty of shops, eateries & entertainment.Food & drinks: Sweetgreens & plenty of places to choose from.Noteworthy details: The hotel has EV charging & a Tesla Supercharger is located 1/4 mile on Sunset -across the street.

Speaking from someone that stays in hotels 100 plus nights a year this has to be one of my favorite hotel brands. Great location, with lots of restaurants options around. Rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and little to no noise. Staff were all helpful and extremely nice made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was great with amazing views. Highly recommended staying here.

Even though I paid extra and made a reservation for a two-bed room with a skyline view, I was assigned a room with the opposite view when I went up. I immediately went back down and showed my reservation details and asked, ‘Does the room you gave me have a skyline view?’ When I asked, he said no. What they said was that the two-bed room with a skyline view that I wanted was fully booked, so if I wanted a skyline view, they made a ridiculous offer to give me a single bed and a sofa bed. First of all, I didn't even say sorry. So I said I would ask the manager and ended up being upgraded to a single bed in a suite with a sofa bed. What makes me angry is that when I first got the room, even though it didn't have the skyline view I booked, they just tried to move on without saying anything. This is the most annoying thing. Is the service of a 5-star hotel...

I’m a fan of the Pendry brand, I’ve stayed in Pendry Hotels in several different locations. The hotels have a luxury aesthetic, The West Hollywood location is no exception. The property is beautiful, the room I stayed in was had gorgeous views as well. The staff was friendly overall, I had a few challenges that were addressed successfully by management. The location is within walking distance to many high end restaurants, shopping venues and entertainment. The Comedy Store is located across the street from the hotel. I recommend.

Take care of your belongings more than anything at Pendry!I stayed in Pendry on February 11th, 2023 with a couple of friends of mine. Everything was nice and went so well until our last day in the morning close to the checkout time.Early morning, my friend and I decided to visit the Spa, enjoy the amenities, and also get ready before we checkout.I went into the steam room, and once inside the steam room, I realized that I had two gold bracelets and my Daniel Wellington watch. So, since I was already in, I just placed all three inside the pocket of my robe hanging out the steam room. Was nobody else at the Spa because was early. We stayed for around 20 minutes. I took a shower right after and started getting ready inside the locker room area. We started driving back to San Diego when I remembered my watch and the two gold bracelets. We called the spa the same day a few minutes later, and they said they were not there but promised to check inside the room. I am certainly 100 percent sure the gold bracelets and watch stayed inside of the robe pocket, and the voice of the person over the phone brought me confidence enough to not drive back the same day and do something to find them, I mean, we were at Pendry. They promised to check and reach out to me if anything. I also tried calling later, and after speaking with the Security Director, they said my belongings weren't lost and found and haven't received them. They just washed their hands as Pontius Pilate blamed the laundry services THEIR HIRED because they never reported it. I don't think they even called the laundry services and verified it the items were there. I even drove to West Hollywood a few weeks after to see if there was any information or if they found it but nope they just said the Director would contact me.Yes, he called me, but just about to say the same. It is a High-Class Deluxe Hotel I am pretty sure more guests with much more expensive watches and bracelets stayed in. The thief is either at Pendry or at the Laundry Services. Watch out for your Stuff!Food & drinks: Exquisite.

My new go-to hotel in WeHo. Sweet gym, on trend decor (think mid century model and Hollywood glam had a love child), and casual American dining option that was all flavor & zero fuss. Surprisingly good baked goods at the in house coffee bar & walking distance to Griddle Cafe for all your breakfast needs.

Staff is nice, hotel is beautiful (common areas) but I feel like they put all the efforts on the lobby. The rooms are very basic. Also, if you’re going to charge $500 a night, the least you can do is not put $2 toilet paper in your rooms. It’s pretty much sand paper. Rooftop is nice. Area is very convenient and close to Beverly Hills (if you want to be close without paying 2k a night at the BH Hotel or Beverly Wilshire).

I called last night regarding my upcoming reservation. I asked if I could please get an early check-in, which I was willing to pay extra for- I was told,” You can book hotel room for the night before” …. mind blowing that this was the response and the audacity to tell a customer to reserve a room instead of offering a solution.

Beware the hidden fees (yes, they’re real) and the fact that the hotel is really at the 4 star level in terms of quality (which you’re paying 5-star prices for).I have never been to a hotel that flatters to deceive to the extent of Pendry West Hollywood. The hype and underwhelming final product is perhaps appropriate for its Hollywood location; even the pool is fake - it is literally a foot deep but the website makes it look swimmable - I don’t think it’s physically possible to even drown in this pool, which surely should count as a (small) fountain. The hotel has spent a lot of money on some aspects (eg, the exterior, which they market the hell out of) and cut corners on others; the lobby is cheap and uninspiring (I wish I took a better photo but note how small the space and low the ceilings are; they depend on the gimmicky art piece to distract customers), the hallways outside the rooms are extraordinary ugly, and straight from a motel. Likewise, some aspects of the room are nice (eg the bathroom), while others a insultingly poor quality: the furniture is incredibly cheap, wardrobe is from Ikea (there is no closet), the chandelier is straight from Taobao (and the same as the neighboring 4 star hotel which you can see); the carpet / area rug is already fraying despite the hotel being relatively new.The roof restaurant has average food and also overpriced, but this might be par for the course in West Hollywood.Positives: the staff were professional, particularly the doormen/valet, and we had no issues with cleanliness.Bottom line: It was a massive disappointment to pay $570 a night (after fees and taxes) for an above average hotel.
