My favorite shipping store! Staff is awesome and super helpful, very knowledgeable and attentive. They also have all supplies you need in store. I love supporting great local businesses and these guys are the best!

a total "I REALLY DON'T CARE ATTITUDE!" Helpful, NO! Rude and belittling, YES! Store front is covered with signs of things they won't do! I rolling by employees. I guess it's a job requirement going out of their way for someone they never heard of high prices for sure! If you can go somewhere else.

I'm actually surprised by the number of positive reviews, since I've had multiple unsatisfactory experiences here. The business opens at 9 according to the sign on their door and according to Google Maps. Well, nope. I've come at 9:30 more than once to try and send a package, including this morning, and it was still gated and locked up tight. Maybe other people don't care about the time a business says it opens, but as someone who needs to send packages before my workday begins, I'd appreciate a business that actually keeps to it's posted hours. After multiple times experiencing this (and needing to go somewhere else), I won't be returning here.

A great alternative verse having to goto UPS or FedEX/kinkos. Also I got a postal box/address here after having mail and packages stolen from my house several times.

Peter runs this place and he's the best. He truly cares about his customers and always has good ideas and advice about how to get things shipped places dependably and economically. I've come to rely on him, and he's a real resource for my business and personal shipping needs. What a blessing to have this place close by.

I've been using Postal Center and More for my business mailbox for almost 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say! Peter is wonderful and always a pleasure to chat with when I come in. I get notified via email when I have packages to pick up, which is a wonderful benefit too. I always feel respected, heard and valued as a customer. I love that there is always easy parking and that they can take care of other needs to like shipping, stamps, notary, shredding, etc. Thanks for all you do and you have a customer for life

Very bad, disconcerting experience. Don't believe the good reviews. Trust your package to a shady place that grabs it out of your hand, doesn't scan or give a receipt, tells you we don't scan until tomorrow ? Bad business practice here, go somewhere else. They're open until 6. Got there at 5:15. The guy says "Now go back outside and take a pic of the sign in the window." I'm like "what??" Apparently a sign says after 5, they don't accept packages. I said I'll come tomorrow. He says "wait, this is your lucky day. Today only I'll take your package." I ask for a receipt. He holds my package and says "take a pic with your phone." (what?) He says they don't give receipts, and "don't worry." I could hardly sleep that night, no receipt, no proof I brought my pkg. there. I could be liable for the cost. Should have taken it back from him. Luckily, it was shipped, but I will never go there again. Very shady and sketchy. Extremely Unprofessional.

Just dropped a return for my husband at the business for the first time. The guy clearly did not have a good start to his day. Lectured me about reading instructions yada yada. I apologized several times but he wouldn’t stop lecturing me and just being so rude. I get how people don’t read instructions but I was just dropping off a return that isn’t mine and just kept on telling me that it’s everyone’s excuse. This guy was my age lecturing me non stop after I’ve apologized. I didn’t need for him to pack it for me, he could’ve told me what to do, but I guess he hates his day/life so much and just wanted to make a point to make himself so much better than me and proceeded to be rude and rant away. PLEASE DO AVOID if you don’t want to experience a middle aged man being extremely rude.

SCAMMY, RUDE, SCARY place. Came to buy a box and wrap my package and possibly ship from there as well. I told the guy what I need he said he'll wrap it for me, I told him twice that I'm gonna do it myself but he kept insisting. He was moving super slow, I had only 15min gap to run this errand and get some stuff from the store next door. Wile he was slowly moving and wrapping I stepped out to take work call, then he was asking where and why I'm sending my Old Mac and IPhone, super weird, mumbling about how ppl move to this neighborhood from OC specially for him/to use he's "services" super weird again. After that he quoted me 50$+ for 2 boxes and some bubble wrap and LABOR that I didn't ask for for and never was told that I'm gonna be charged! After I refuse to ship with them he told me to get the F*** out of there wile still having my money for he's labor he just SCAMMED from me. He was also upset that I stepped out twice and wasn't watching him wrapping a box and telling how amazing he's job is I guess. If I'm stepping out I don't know owe any explanation to anyone, specially not to the person who's scamming me on the spot. I'm literally scared that this guy has my name and home address. I called the sheriffs department right after I left. I felt violated in so many different ways. Will report this place to the business administration on Monday as well.

Welcoming professional service for whatever your packing, mailing and shipping needs are.While in LA, I interact with Peter and his associates several times weekly. Without a doubt- the most knowledgeable folks in the biz. They always try to save me costs and are sure to guide me to perfect solutions for my mailing needs.Best yet-they recognize me each time by name!

Like the other reviews: Rude, unprofessional, I-don't-care attitude. Their attitude is "take it or leave it." The moment I walked in, I knew it was a yellow flag but once engaging with them, it was a red flag. STAY AWAY.
