What ever you do don’t take your stuff to these thieves for repairs they claim they are doing repairs remotely so I took them my equipment to get the headphone jack repaired the guy Nick if that’s even his real name told me it would take a day or two but then the fires happened which caused a delay. The guy allegedly that was doing the repairs got sick so there was another delay. They then informed me that my machine was ready, but I couldn’t come pick up my machine until the following day i tried to schedule an appointment to pick up the machine the following day never got any response maybe about a week and a half later two weeks they contact me and tell me his phone was lost and he couldn’t find my number that I can come pick it up today drove all the way over there to pick it up and they ghost me again I really wanna black both of his eyes for wasting my time

looks like they've abandoned the place after calling for months- don't answer calls and assuming stolen our items left for repair! Calling the police!

Thank you so much to Nick and his amazing team at Quality Electronics. They fixed my CDJ NXS2 literally same day for me, knowing I was coming from out of LA. I had an RCA tip stuck in one of the ports — other shops were quoting way higher prices and weeks of repair time which I couldn’t afford, with DJ gigs I needed to prep for weekly. I can’t thank Nick and his team enough for their kindness and professionalism. This will 100% be my go to repair shop for all things repairs ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Nick and Quality Electronics 😍

I've had many experiences with Quality electronics as well as specifically with their repair technician. I have had several speakers repaired, turntables modded, and an old slide projector cleaned and repaired - in addition to buying cdjs and a matching mixer from the storefront. Not to mention the great record selection in the side room. The current owner is extremely knowledgable about essentially all aspects of the store, and the kind of guy that will do a quick fix for free if the store is slow. Highly recommend for all sorts of electronic gear in LA.

10/10 experience! Adam walked my boyfriend Mac through everything in thorough detail. He didn’t feel like he was being subject to an upsell or anything phony, and Adam was incredibly kind and helpful.

I needed a VCR/DVD combo unit and they had three! They even let me try them all out to make sure they worked. This place is freaking sweet! They have a key-tar and a million other things. If you need any electronic this is the place!

They repaired my BOSE Sound Machine when Bose told me they no longer worked with their aged products due to " technology "

Love this place, shoutout to the staff and nick.
Repaired my Pioneer SRT 1000, after it felt like it was unfixable , but these guys are like magicians, you guys should def check them out.
The turnaround time as well was amazing.

Quality Electronics is a dope store! Very chill and yet super professional. They helped me out right away and even explained to me things I didn’t know about my turntable. They also had fire house music on and once I said I loved what they were playing, they emailed the mix to me right away. So sweet of them! I mentioned how I love house music, and they geared me to the best site in LA to find house venues in the city. So pumped! They truly go above and beyond. They apparently have DJ lessons too! I just might have to try !!! :) I got so motivated in there. All and all a very helpful, professional and satisfactory visit.

Utterly indebted to the folks at quality electronics for installing a surround sound rig right here in my living room— they even went as far as helping me trouble shoot over the phone when I couldn’t figure out how to connect my karaoke setup. Shout out to Alex in the front with the red hair
