I used to live in the area so I went there a lot. it was always a good place to get groceries and the service there was always decent for a grocery store.
Recently it became like grocery shopping in Compton.
Insane employee at the bakery. Giving me nasty faces using profanities when all my sin was that I cut a piece of bread that was a part of my basket. Broke a part of it with my hand and ate it. Treated me like I’m some dirty theif. News flash: whoever actually wants to steal a bread is going to hide it in his purse, not cut a piece of it out in the open and eat it.
I understood from regular customers. This is pretty much the situation. There are now awful customer service and extremely rude employees is the new norm.

This is not some huge mega Ralphs. It is a conveniently sized neighborhood market, fully stocked with all the basics. I can find all the stuff I need quickly without having to navigate long aisles filled with a bunch of stuff I don’t need. With a couple of minor exceptions, the employees here are friendly, helpful and efficient. Special shout out to Jasmine and the rest of the night crew - they are awesome! Parking here is limited and the lot fills up during peak hours. Pro Tip: If arriving at a busy time, save yourself some frustration by skipping the parking lot altogether and parking in one of the metered spaces on Weatherly Drive instead. From there, a short flight of stairs takes you right up to the store entrance.

Not the freshest or friendliest Ralph’s. Store
Is small, aisles narrow and packed to the brim making it hard to find anything. Staff seemed unhappy to help and left carts blocking the narrow aisles making it hard to maneuver around them. Selection is so so. Save yourself the time and go to Pavillions up the street.

Best grocery store around. The selection and prices can't be beat! I can always find what I'm looking for and more every time I visit. Their employees are very friendly and helpful as well.

This is a great location. The parking lot can get full, but they have metered parking on the street as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful in the store is well stocked. You can save money if you shop their sales and clearance items.

This Supermarket is a little small but it has an excellent location, what I don't recommend is going to the dollar and a bit because parking is very small
