Cool and trendy clothing. I own many hoodies. T-shirts and pants. I must say the clothing quality is not the best and the sizing is inconsistent. I think every one of my hoodies has a holes in them after a few wears due to the quality. I’ll continue to buy when they are on sale but full price it isn’t worth it IMO.
Customer service also sucks.

I ordered online and tried to reach them for days, no response whatsoever. No way to communicate. Very poor costumer service. Did not receive my package.

I love the brand, but the customer service is extremely bad. Last time, the size was unavailable, so I set a reminder to wait for it to become available. The size did become available, and I bought it, but after purchasing it, they told me the size was unavailable. This happened twice, not just once. And there's no negotiation regarding changing the product to a different color,

Pros. T-Shirts, most of the 247 range (except shorts with liners) fast DHL shipping.
Cons: hugely inconsistent sizing, bad fit, designs, materials & construction of many items mainly outerwear, poor returns process online. = extremely overpriced considering above issues
Source: several orders all orders have 1-2 items disappointed me on the above factors. Wasting several hundreds+ of dollars.
EDIT: good customer service provided me with a refund.

Customer service on email of this brand is terrible. Its so far away from large company brands that they care about your issues. Average Small business companies wont treat and talk to you like the customer support does at Represent. What a shame. Love the brand and everything behind it but zendesk customer support can destroy everything.
