absolutely horrible experience with the parking attendants at this medical bldg. I pulled in , I have a handi capped temporary placard, and asked to park in a handicap spot, a short old bald attendant walked all the way to the front of my car to make sure I was not lieing and then asked how long would I be, I didn't think these are metered parking spaces, and I said I dont know it's up to the doctor When I came back to leave he had literally take something black and had smeared it all over the front door of my car. my supervisor George did not care and was extremely rude. I have to visit this doctor again but will walk a mile before I park here again. Awful experience!!!

Forced to valet when its not even necessary which is always annoying. Way overpriced when your just trying to make a short visit. Totally disorganized system. Less than helpful and even arrogant employees. The parking here is so bad that it makes me want to do business with another doctor just to not pay another cent to these parking gougers.

Enter a Standard Parking operated lot at your own risk. My car was damaged upon entering their lot - they irresponsibly designed their entrance in a way that cars are at risk of hitting a pole... and many, many cars have hit the pole, including mine. I reported this to the security guard on duty, who said that he personally reported multiple complaints from people who damaged their cars from the pole, and to the manager. They proceeded to have me fill out a detailed report, where I documented exactly what happened and the security guard submit the pictures. When I followed up to check in on the status of my claim, I was met with silence... until I received a short letter saying "our investigation into this matter yielded no evidence that Standard Parking was negligent." Fortunately Yelp was created to call out shady companies like Standard Parking.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I typically prefer valet parking but not here, based on both service and attitude. Do yourself a favor and park on the street.

I don't like parking in this structure. I don't mind valet, I valet way too much, but oh well. It is a max of $22 and it get's there fast. Then, add tip - "ouch" for a short stay! But, what is really annoying is the building itself. You have to go through the one building to get to the other and the exit's from the non-lobby area end up in the roadway. If you park really late it's hard to find your car. The valet guys are nice enough but they stand way away from the ticket/payment area and wave at you that your car is coming. It just feels weird.You instinctively want to walk over and give them your ticket but they don't want it.

Do anything reasonable to NOT park your car with this company. If you are in the market to hire a valet company, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. THIS COMPANY IS SHADY and they scratched my new car. I was not that mad at the time as I understand that accidents happen. I filed the report they requested and then waited. They made me jump several hoops, which is I'm sure what makes most people just walk away as it is not worth it. After several months of this, they denied my claim as I could not prove it was their fault. How could I possibly prove it was their fault? I do not have access to their video cameras! Even after their Manager agreed the damage was "very fresh" and was very apologetic, the corporate office still denied any responsibility. It was not even that much damage, just some scrapes that quite honestly the auto detail guy buffed out for me. The fact they would behave so SHADY and not be responsible for the actions of their own Employees is very unfair. If they would do this to me with something small, they would do this to YOU. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT FAIR AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION.
