Target of west Hollywood needs to be shuttered and closed for good. The employees are gang members from the hood, before someone gets hurt or worse. They are treating and extremely rude. I stood in the men's apparel fitting room area while all the fitting rooms were locked like they do most of their HBA items for thirty minutes, until I only open the stock room door and asked for customer service. An employee that looked like a gang member with tattoos long beard with gray unkempt hair in his 40's about 5'10" and 200lbs threatened me for asking for customer service and was going to call the police to serve a trespassing warrant just because I asked for customer service. He was embarrassed because he was caught not doing his job and I scared him. Then ten minutes later another employee with a nasty disposition and rude attitude with keys to open one of the fitting rooms, tried to tell me what to do that was part of his job. He was a small yappy little feminine man in his thirties about 5'9" 160lbs.

ATTN READ THIS: **This Target location is DISGRACEFUL. The employees are prejudice & racist & HATERS! I am disabled & had a cart of items & approached self check out where before I even brought my cart to a complete stop, an older male employee was in my face w/ his finger in my face telling me "Only 10 items at self check out! You, go!" I tried to explain to the employee that my partner and I were together but his 10 or so items was also in my cart but we were taking those items out of my cart so he could check out at a separate terminal than I. The employee scoffed at me & walked away as my partner & I began removing his items & transferring them to his shopping basket, My partner took his items to a check out terminal across from the one I was using. I started to scan my items (I am extremely organized and I like to keep items somewhat in a sensible order ie. frozen items together, paper products together, soft items such as bread, chips, etc placed on top of dozen eggs, cleaning supplies in separate bag. Things like that) I was in the process of doing this as I was scanning my items. I was approximately $52 into my scanned order w/ still many items in the cart still needed to be scanned when a rude, arrogant & completely unprofessional young & clueless employee by the name of Anthony who is a Front End worker but felt special & above his pay-grade this evening decided to come up to me and make a discriminating slur under his breath (but loud enough for he WANTED to be heard) followed by saying "Those are some nice shoes. Yeezy's? You can afford Yeezy's but can't afford to scan your food?" Humiliated &shocked for he spoke at a loud volume, I seized scanning my order, stepped back from the self check out terminal and asked him what his problem was and informed him and anyone else around that he was making a false statement/accusation & it was no joking matter, its a very SERIOUS accusation but this wasn't an accusation, this was a BOLD statement that Anthony felt big & strong and powerful & above the customers @ Target, that he wanted everyone to hear. He was putting on a "tough guy" show he had no business in doing. I asked him to please check my terminal, I had scanned every single item thus far, I motioned to my cart showing him I had not finished and had more items to scan. He refused to look at the terminal to confirm what I was telling him. WHAT??? You're going to yell out loud that I am not scanning my food items and now that I've been more than cooperative and willing to let him verify I had scanned every item, he now absolutely refused to check my order. He then proceeded to motion to my partner at the terminal across from me & said aloud, "HE is scanning all of his items, but you ain't!" First of all Anthony, "ain't" isn't a word & a high profile Front End Worker turned Loss Prevention Officer at the snap of a finger should know this. I basically told him he was writing checks he can not cash & how dare he humiliate me in front of the front of the store over a false accusation for something I was in no way doing. Where he got the grounds to even make this statement is still not understood. He wasn't even near me as I was scanning my order. MIND YOU, the useless securiy team they have there, there was 2 of them posted up at the entrance of self checkout with a CLEAR LINE OF VIEW to the terminal I was using. There was also 2 employees, and what appeared to be some sort of management member as well as another society officer standing to the left of the customer service desk, directly where you exit the self check out area. NOT ONE of them said anything to me or accused me of anything. When I was done checking out, I was gathering my bags and about to exit the store when Anthony just hadn't gotten in everything he felt compelled to say. I'm not sure of the "word for word" of what he exactly said because I didn't do anything

I shop at this store (with my husband) frequently. A nice big store, plenty of merchandise selection and good service. Reasonable prices too, and the self-checkout machines are convenient. The only thing I would recommend - is adding security. Thank you.

They rarely ever answer their phone. No options for calls that aren't picked up. Would expect at least an automated option to get your call returned.

They didn't let me return unused air mattress because the box was open. It's not like I was attempting to return a vegetable or toothbrush.

One aspect that's stood out to me is that the new layout seems to lack the charm or functionality of the previous one. I find myself missing the familiarity of the old design and the ease with which I could navigate through the store or website. The new layout feels like it's missing something, and I wish I could pinpoint exactly what that is. While I acknowledge that change can take time to get used to, I was expecting a more exciting and improved shopping experience with this new layout. Unfortunately, it has left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed, and I hope that Target considers further enhancements to address these concerns.In the midst of my mixed feelings about Target's new layout, there's one aspect that continues to brighten my experience: the student discounts. I absolutely love the fact that Target offers these discounts. It's a saving grace amidst the layout changes, and it's something I genuinely appreciate. The ability to save money while shopping there is a significant plus in my book, and it adds a positive note to an otherwise mixed review.

I ordered three baby items at 8:49 PM last night, and I went to the store at 8:30 this morning to pick up my items, Jackie, the representative, told me that the order was canceled. I didn't get any notice. And there was no reason why it was canceled. I spoke with the manager, Tamayo, while she was exceptional as a manager, she couldn't understand why it was canceled either. She went and retrieved the items for me. She gave me the number for corporate, which I did complain, and spoke with a gentleman. All he would do is open a ticket for me to research it. I don't recommend target. What's the sense of having an online order when you go to pick it up and it's not there? I called the corporate office and no one has called me back.

Decent location with a large selection. I had plenty of parking and the cash registers weren't too busy. Nice large, grocery and alcohol selection as well, Barry claim and well-maintained. Not my favorite store, but they had everything I needed while in the area.

This target is one of the larger stores in LA. It's so spacious and bright inside, well organized department side and grocery session, carrying variety choices. Though some shacks are near empty and the cashier lines were only opened for a few, so it took a while to check out. The attached parking garage offers one hour free parking.

The tech department was very helpful in finding what I was looking for within my price range. The salesgirl even brought me a basket for all the stuff I had picked up!

They have a creepy cool covered parking lot which they do time you or you will be charged a parking fee. The street parking in this area is extremely limited. We stopped by to purchase some dog accessories which other stores did not have or carry but this store had an abundance of stock. It was a rainy day before Christmas and it wasn't busy at all, in and out in no time.

This has been my go-to Target for years, but I never left a review because it didn't seem necessary. However, last night I experienced such incredible customer service from a store associate, Reysha, that I feel I have to leave a review. Reysha was extremely kind and helpful to me as I was shopping last night, and truly impressed me. I cannot thank her enough, but I hope this review gets back to her management and she receives some recognition for her outstanding work.

The renovation of this location is amazing. The store really looks wonderful with a huge enlargement. Their marketplace is particularly nice with a very large selection. They have done a particularly nice job with the produce section. The associates have also raised their level of customer service as there is always an employee available to ask for help. Spacious free parking for one hour. The only down side is the store is located at LaBrea and Santa Monica which attracts a sketchy crowd as there has been purse snatchings, assaults, cars broken into. Be careful outside the store

I like to buy here there is everything from everything it is available near everywhere and the service is excellent there are even flowers to buy my wife the attitude of the sellers is very nice everything is neat and clean I recommend everyone to buy here
