I went for a scheduled 2nd hole ear piercing. There is a parking garage which goes right up the main courtyard and upstairs is Ulta. There is a nice security officer that greats you. The ladies at the empty registers were engaging in conversation and continued while I stood there waiting for direction. The ear piercing station is located in the salon. I signed in and was seated at a salon chair where I signed a waiver. I selected earrings from the included list (pearl). They mark the ear with marker which was can adjust to your liking. Unfortunately the girl misread the box and pierced one of my ears with the wrong style and had to redo. She mentioned this has happened before…That was kind of stressful and that ear seems to not be healing as quickly. The price ($50) including the earrings was extremely reasonable but maybe pay more for gentler touch and accuracy.

This was by far the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. My hair is completely uneven, it’s too short in the front, too short in the back, and cut at different random lengths so it looks choppy and messy. When I pull my hair forward, it forms an awkward wave because of how badly it was cut.
I was devastated when I saw it, I actually cried and instead of taking responsibility, they only refunded me $30 out of the $200 I paid. That’s insulting considering the damage they did to my hair and my confidence.
Now I will have to spend months growing it out and probably pay even more to have another stylist try to fix it. They clearly have no sense of customer service, no accountability, and no respect for the people who trust them with their hair.
Save yourself the money, stress, and heartbreak, go anywhere else.

I recently came in to purchase products for my wedding and was lucky enough to have had David's help. He was extremely knowledgable, easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed while doing a half face tutorial. With David's expertise I felt confident to do my own makeup for my big day! Highly recommend you ask for him the next time you're shopping.

This review is for Dustin at the salon. I originally called to book with Justin, but somehow ended up with Dustin, and wow, big mistake. I went in asking for a toner to tone down my warm hair, and he somehow made it even warmer. Total nightmare. It didn’t look that bad indoors, but the second sunlight hit it, I was in shock.
Instead of neutralizing the golden tones, he made them worse. What’s worse is he clearly wasn’t confident about the shades he was using. Ok, to be honest he was clueless. Let’s not wrap it nicely, and say it as is. I knew more after watching YouTube videos. Still, I trusted him. Joke’s on me!!!
Avoid Dustin. He has no business doing hair. Honestly, I wouldn’t even trust him for a simple complimentary blow-dry. Ulta should raise their standards big time. Wow..

First time as a visit this ulta store never been in one my first experience was
Nasty the host and nice cashier I told I was looking for a product and she told me look it up and I’ll help you out. I did as well so colleague of her walk and ask her if she could help me and she was I guess busy she has blonde hair/black hair like shoulder wise. The point is that I was looking for a product so and I’m like my first time maybe you should hear me OK whatever I’ll walk with her and all that and she says you’re right OK I was looking back-and-forth back-and-forth to point I gave up and I just told the cashier well. she wasn’t polite and now just leave and I’ll spend my money some other store. I don’t have time for that right now. There’s too much in this world to be nasty. We gotta be kind to others. You know I work in the customer service and trust me understand why people get nasty because people ask her that working customer service give attitude to customers what a shame

Definitely will not be coming back. Tried purchasing items but there was a malfunction with the app and the website and no one was willing to help. The blonde worker was rude. Go to literally any other Ulta. Not worth coming here.

I recently visited this store and had the best experience with a sales associate named Abby. She is fair skinned like me and her foundation looked amazing so I had to ask what she was wearing. She showed me and took the time to make sure I got the perfect color match. Truly an exceptional experience working with her.
