I would like to take a moment to express my immense gratitude and admiration for the team members at Ulta Beauty West Hollywood who were present during a recent smash and grab style robbery at their store. Despite the chaos and danger that ensued, the team members displayed remarkable professionalism and a calm demeanor throughout the entire ordeal. What truly stood out to me was the fact that the Ulta team members put the safety and well-being of the customers ahead of their own. Instead of fleeing the scene themselves, they ensured that every single customer in the store was escorted out to safety. It was heartwarming to see them selflessly assist each individual and make sure that everyone was out of harm's way. Their quick thinking and selfless actions may have saved lives that day, and I am truly in awe of their bravery and dedication. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts and for prioritizing the safety of others above all else. In light of this incident, I would strongly urge the district manager to consider implementing additional security measures like security guards at the store to prevent or deter such incidents from happening in the future. The safety of both customers and employees should always be top priority, and I believe that investing in enhanced security measures would greatly benefit everyone involved. There is no price on life or safety. I also hope that Ulta Corporate is taking the necessary steps to support the team members' morale and mental health after experiencing such a traumatic and scary event. It is important to provide them with the resources and support they need to process and cope with the aftermath of the robbery. Their well-being and emotional health should not be overlooked, and I trust that Ulta Corporate will prioritize their care and provide any necessary assistance during this difficult time. Once again, thank you to the incredible team members at Ulta Beauty for their professionalism, bravery, and unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety of others. Your actions have not gone unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for everything you did that day.

In all my life I have never encountered such rude customer service on April 17th around 1p.m. I don't know this lady's name, just that she was black and ringing up my purchase. The way she treated me was very condescending and degrading. I am never coming back to this location!!!

The manager Xavier went above and beyond, I didn't even know he was the manager until I asked him. I am a black woman and he took his time to help find shades of foundation and contour to match skin tone. On top of helping me set up my beauty rewards account. I have fallen involve with this Ulta location because of him, thank you!

Didn't realize they had a salon that does all types of services. Got my wife a gift card and she got a color and cut by Emily. She looked beautiful and said she really enjoyed her stylist.

Extremely rude employees, I walked in for a pick up order and was completely ignored. When an employee walks up to me and says I have to wait in line. So I did & when I get to the cashier she tells me I have to wait by the pick up area where I was literally waiting at first and was completely ignored. Like I don't get it do I wait in line or at the pick up area? Then is cashier is helping me out and the whole experience is just unpleasant. Get it together.

I just shopped again at Ulta West Hollywood and, as always, had the best experience! I was once again helped by team member David, who always does an outstanding job in taking good care of me . I needed extra help regarding an online order, and they were closing soon. Team member Emely offered to assist David in solving my issue with my online order. Together, they worked patiently and efficiently and were able to take care of my situation perfectly. They were a great team! Because of the special attention they gave me, I once again felt like a VIP and valued customer. David, Emely, and this West Hollywood Ulta location is always on point! Excellent customer service once again!

David was A-MAZING! He was very attentive with me immediately spotted me and offered me help looking for anything, I loved that he allowed me to try some of the products on my skin before purchasing anything, he helped me find the right shade of the bronzer I was interested in, he kindly showed me where to find my go-to máscara and spoke to me about new products and the ulta beauty sale event, he was very professional and very friendly I think every ulta should have a person like David taking care of customers because he made my shopping trip a positive experience.

if you look at the reviews for the salon, you'll see Lilit's name pop up a lot... that is for a reason, she is AMAZING! she somehow managed to lift & highlight my hair while also bringing it back to life with the signature haircut treatments. she is also incredibly sweet & realistic about expectations, works quick while also making you feel comfortable. i don't write many reviews online but had to for Lilit, i will definitely be back & booking with her from now on. thank you so much again, Lilit!!

If you're wondering about whether or not to use the salon services here you definitely should. Jazmine is amazing!! She has over a decade of experience, she listens to what you want and is so friendly. My haircuts always look fabulous when I go to her. Every other salon I've been to everything is a la carte but her cuts include wash, condition, cut, and style AND for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jazmine to anyone looking for a stylist

Shoutout to the amazing employees Rachel and Charisse. They were so helpful and helped me through every step of the makeup products I needed! They went above and beyond with testing the makeup products on me and making sure everything matched my complexion. I've never had such a great experience entering an Ulta, thank you so much Rachel and Charisse! Will be going back in the near future :)

Good, safe, pleasant place, varieties of everything, with specific products for the beauty of the whole body, cosmetics store, but with high prices, the same products at Target are cheaper... with parking and everything, both are the same gallery!
