My registered mail was delivered to wrong address without presentation of ID o(or stolen by carrier) with a value of $140. It’s been 2 months and I am straight up being ignored. Post Master Brandy Player told me directly I would be paid out on the value of my item and now I’ve been ignored everyday for 2 months. Customer service is dead.

Unbelievable! My package stuck there for pick up and pick up is impossible because it’s close to the public! No one answers the phone at this location ether.

My nieces birthday card was returned in a "we regret the damage to your mail" plastic bag but it had clearly been opened and the gift cards that were in the card were stolen. The card was sent back empty.Fair warning to all do no send cash or gift cards via direct mail.

No longer a post office (it used to be one), it's now just a carrier annex and has no services available to the public except for the mailbox in front.

Yeaa. Found out the hard way. It's NOT a real post office. USPS has it on their list of Post Offices, but as a customer you can only drop mail off.

Absolutely no place for a customer to enter and to inquire about a misplaced or lost package. Just a place to drop off a letter or small package with prepaid postage. I know it’s just a sorting facility; however, there should still be a place to handle customer issues. Don’t waste your time coming here for answers because you’ll get none.

I haven't had the pleasure of visiting in person, but I did need to confirm the status of a really important package over the phone. I was transferred here from the general customer service line, and literally waited while the phone rang from 10:54am to 11:46am -- almost A WHOLE HOUR!
