The United States Postal Service has employees who are quite helpful, kind, and pretty efficient at keeping the line moving quickly. A Saturday crew showed kindness to a customer. However, one clerk was not very nice nor customer service oriented. There is metered parking in front and street parking around the corner. Not all employees are bad, and it is not fair to the nice employees who do their best.
I always leave here feeling the need to write a letter to congress.

The one clerk there was not very nice nor customer service oriented. The other clerk was quite helpful. As a retired Federal employee, that mean clerk needs more training on customer service, but I don't think it would help.

I just barely made the cut-off time, but the Saturday crew allowed me to mail out my package. Thank you so much to this team for their kindness!
