1 teller is not enough. It's ridiculous how long it takes to get service here. The teller seems to be very confused every time I come here. Not a well ran business.

The worst branch ever , they have no banker it’s been a while , the manager don’t care about customers , not helpful at all just saying we don’t have bankers do it on your apps guys or call the 800 number the day before and today She was Even eating behind the counter front of people like it’s normal . This bank is literally underneath my apartment and I still avoid it. It’s a joke! Barely anyone works here it’s always one teller at most 2 maybe Wells Fargo is too cheap to hire more people but everything is slow. Literally dotn come to this bank unless u wanna spend 30 min just to deposit money. HIRE MORE TELLERS!!!!!

Something is really wrong here. Really long line with no one being helped. After 30 minutes I just had to walk out. Don't go to this branch. Maybe even Wells Fargo. It's going downhill.

Second time at this location and the don’t have representatives on duty to help with bank account. Why this branch even exist here? Just put an ATM instead. Customer service just getting worse and worse

0 stars. My account was flagged due to possible fraud. I called in & determined that everything is fine & the manager said there were no flags on my account, but he lied. There is & I can't go to my online banking. The branch manager did try to help me but was unable to reach the fraud line from her office. She tried for 2 hours, so it's not her fault. No one answers the phone when you call the fraud line. It's a nightmare. I spent 3 hours a day for 2 days trying to fix it. They need to release all my funds directly to me, or I'm going to have to get an attorney. This is crazy. Don't bank at Wells Fargo

They’re closing half an hour before closing time, staff are rude and not cooperative. Every time I went there they couldn’t help me and I was disappointed. Don’t waste your time there.

Longest line. The Russian don't care about long lines they are used to it. Like back at home. But I'm to modern to wait 30 minutes to see a teller. Most of the time there are 1-2 tellers. They are nice and professional maybe one out of the two is training and the other always has to jump over and help out. That's cool and all but waiting in line in the bank isn't something I want to do. The plan is in n out. Not stand around and wait wait wait. Again the staff is nice. I'm just not happy with the long line. There's another Wells Fargo around that has no line but I'm not going to tell you where I go ;)

I decided to go into this location to hopefully make it my new bank as this Wells Fargo is closer to my home. I went in to open an additional account to my existing one. Right when I walked the teller looked concerned I was there and informed me that bankers were on appointment only as their manager was out of town. He did check and went over and tried to get one of the bankers ,who 10 minutes later walked over with irritation. She proceeded to tell me that she didn't have the authority to open up new accounts and again blaming the manager for being out. She then informed me that I could actually set up a new account on the app. I asked her to walk me through it really quick and as she was starting to, she complained that it was time for her to take her lunch. I said can you just give me a few minutes to set this up and she said frustratingly yes. Then someone called her away and she got up and just left me. That's when I had had it with the disrespect and I got up and just walked out. This location is such a disappointment. My regular location would jump all over me if I wanted to set up a new account. Question to the management here, do you even want new business?

While they definitely seem short on staff in the branches m, they do their best and are mostly pleasant to interact with. I mostly give them the 4 stars for the quality of their call center staff, who are extremely nice, efficient and solution-focused.

Worst customer service ever. Tried to open an account online, was told can't verify my Id go into the branch. Go in Saturday closed at 11:15 supposed to close at 12. Made an appointment for today at 9Am. Get there told to have a seat. Then this old woman banker with blonde hair screams at me. "You're in the wrong place, I don't do apt before 9:30am. So while I'm trying to look it up on my email comes out and yells again. I said I herd you so I get up to leave and she yells at the teller see I told you I didn't have an apt. Wow Wells Fargo no wonder you can't get new customers. I walked down to chase account opened in 20 mins
