I'm honestly shocked by the negative reviews. I've brought my dog here for the past 5 years since she was a puppy and always received good care. She's had two surgeries which I was super anxious about and all went well. In my experience the doctors have always been kind and listened to my concerns. I'm the person that will opt in for the additional testing when offered up because I want peace of mind. Yes, it's definitely pricey, but personally I will pay any amount to ensure my baby gets the best possible care when needed. I also appreciate that they've always been able to accommodate a next day appointment, sometimes even same day, which I know is not the case everywhere!

My cat had an ear problem instead of take care of him they always recommended ear drops. I think they need more certified people for the job

Absolutely terrible. I brought my senior dog in. Spent almost $700 on lab work. The following week he goes into a seizure and is basically dying. I race him to the vet. Standing at the door crying with him wrapped in a blanket. I AM TURNED AWAY!!! I was told no one could help me and the vet was in surgery. A vet tech didn't offer to help no one. Disgusting. Do not go here!

I've been going to WeHo Animal Hospital for the last 4 years, and they have been able to help with every ask from international travel forms/vaccinations when I moved abroad, to anemia, cancer, and everything in between. The staff is extremely responsive via email/text/phone and supportive during my pets' best and not so best days. I especially am grateful to Dr. Chapman, who shows such compassion and professionalism with her patients. I highly recommend to anyone seeking top tier vet care, they're the best.

I love this clinic. I love that they're still using sensible COVID precautions. I honestly think it's less stressful for my cat when I'm not in the room while they're being examined. Very accessible location, too. Worth every penny!

I use to really like this place. I would come to the lobby with my little Mocha. The receptionist would greet us with a friendly smile we would be shortly ushered into the room to see the veterinarian. COVID happened and there new protocol was to stay in the car, an employee would come to the car take your pet and the veterinarian would call with the diagnosis. The protocol was acceptable during COVID. People it's 2023!!!! The animal hospital is still doing the same protocol, what happened to the personalized attention, what happened to coming in with your pet. I am sorry I got so over this place. I don't have to wait in the car to have the doctor call me. I left this facility and found a new place to go. Yes it's expensive and yes I would like personalized attention if I am paying for a visit with my pooch. Added a picture of Mocha.

This place is all about the money. They will recommend tests and procedures that are not necessary. I think the worst offender is Dr. Sabrina Chapman. If you can't avoid this place, and I strongly suggest you do, make certain to avoid Dr. Sabrina Chapman. I spoke to others at the dog park and it is speculated that the doctors there are bonused on the revenue that they generate. If you want an org that is concerned about your pet DO NOT go here, they appear to only be concerned about the money.

Convenient location, but unorganized staff.Was first appt in. Staff shared it would be 20 - 60mins max. Took 90 mins.Vet originally shared another dogs vaccine records with me and I had to check her, knowing my pups vaccines were up to. Will not go to that specific vet again.

Excellent service and excellent care. Very responsive and flexible with appointments. I've never had to wait more than a day. Often times they have same day availability, especially with emergencies.

We finally found our vet home!! We've had our dog for 3 years and gone through so many (5) vets in the Mid-City LA area. We finally found the perfect care at West Hollywood Animal Hospital! The team is extremely responsive, available, caring, and thorough. We suggest this place to any and all our friends!!
