This is exactly What I'm talking about I waited 15 minutes just to be helped it's Ridiculous! Armando, one of the store managers is rude. I've seen him over the years I kick homeless people out of the store Even if they are paying.

Probably the best Pavilions store. Store manager Letitia is often on the floor, store is clean, fruit and vegetables well presented and inviting, associates are friendly. Maribel and other people make good sandwiches at the deli

Large store with plenty of staff and self check out registers. Large bakery, best warm chocolate chip cookies I've had from a grocery store. Plenty of variety of pre packaged fresh meals. Prices are high unless you find sale items.

I love this store, so the comment that I am given has to do with one item, usda choice beef for stew meat. This has disappointed me in the past when I purchased it but I thought I would try it again and bought it on Sunday, 29th. The pieces were awful, girzzly, tough, and ended eating only two, they were so terrible. I cut half up into small pieces to feed the cats and tossed over half the package. I will never buy again and obviously do not recommend it.

Yesterday while shopping there were several homeless ppl stealing and the security guard just watched and did nothing. Worst i observed 4 shoppers with dogs, the dogs were licking packaged foods. These were not ADA service dogs and the store mgt does nothing to enforce regulations and the county's health code re dogs in a market. The mgt of this store is out to sea and clueless how to ensure that the food not contaminated by dogs. They need to enforce posted regulations

Pavillions has put caution tape and cones to block of a large portion of their parking spots. When we pulled up the cones were knocked over and the caution tape was strewn about the lot and no explanation for the caution tape. We parked and ended up getting a ticket. The security at the lot said they are blocking of the spots because people are parking and then leaving to go to nearby restaurants/bars. Okay...we were actually shopping at Pavillions and why take away spots for your legitimate customers? Most places in the city will mark tired or monitor people leaving their cars to ticket cars that are parked illegally. This system at Pavillions sucks and is punishing their legitimate customers. Pic attached had the corporate number for others who wish to call as well...

THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD WILL TICKET YOU IN THE PAVILLIONS PARKING LOT WHILE YOU ARE SHOPPING INSIDE THE STORE, AND PAVILLIONS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. This happened to me, and two other cars on either side of me today. Tried speaking to a Manager about this and he basically gave me a number to call and said it's my problem. He cannot help, and didn't even offer to take my number and be proactive about it. He also said it was the Security Guard's call to have me ticketed. There was no Security Guard. Very disappointing that he wouldn't offer to find the Security Guard to discuss this. I'm an idiot for spending thousands of $$$ at this store over the years. Now I'll need to call Safeway HQ, as well as find a way to sort this out with the West Hollywood Sheriff who issued the ticket. While I realize that this has to be sorted with the Sheriff, it's a huge disappointment that Pavillions Management couldn't have cared less that this happened to at least two previously loyal clients. Thanks Pavillions. Have a super week.

This is for this girl who works at Starbucks Mrs. K just want to tell you I did not have the best costumer service from you and more then once I thought about making a formal complain. But I thought to myself maybe she is going through something that I don't know. So I want you to know that I Think you have the most beautiful eye, bc that's all I can see with the mask you wear. I hope you know you are worthy and loved. I will be praying for you. Have a nice day beautiful lady.

This references the pharmacy which is poorly run. I'm waiting for 5 days for a Rx. It is impossible to reach anyone via the phone to ascertain the status of a Rx sent to them 5 days ago. Apparently understaffed, they won't answer the phone. When they do, you are immediately put on hold -never to talk to a live person. Eventually you may get to voice mail but fear not your message will not be returned. They are simply unwilling to create a customer friendly system that addresses customer needs. This is a very poorly run operation and getting worse not better. Negligent, arrogant and inept are not a good business model. I have more details but you get the picture. Clearly they can not handle business efficiently so why give them your business ?

This review is solely for the bakery at this time. I was in need of a birthday cake for my wife so I thought I'd give it a try. Last year I used Hansen's Cakes on Fairfax and they totally F@$ked it up. They're supposed to be the "best" in LA. WRONG! I first called Pavilions Bakery and spoke to Jessica. Great customer service and very professional. I liked what I heard. So later I went in in person and she helped me out. She very much went into detail about the cake. This was Thursday night for a Saturday morning pickup. I went in Saturday morning, and I was shown the cake and it was beautiful! But the true test was in taste. It was absolutely delicious! My wife and guests were all very happy. Nobody believed it came from a grocery store. I managed to hide a slice for me for Sunday dessert. Lol. They'll always have my cake business. Never ever Hansen's again! Thank you Jessica and Pavilions for a great cake.

Next to any Trader Joe's anywhere, this Pavilions location is favorite grocery store. Or, it's better termed a supermarket. You can spend hours here and I have. It's a one-stop shop for groceries, wine, liquor, fresh fruits and veggies, pressed juice, pharmacy, dairy, butcher, seafood, sushi, sandwich shop, deli, pizza, coffee shop, toiletries, you name it. Literally has it all. And most of the staff is top-notch in terms of helpfulness, solid customer support here. Pharmacy staff could be friendlier, if I had to nitpick. Especially as they deal with our elderly locals, who deserve kindness and understanding.

Pavilions is like an higher end version of Vons so I was glad that this is in a convenient walking distance from my work. Whenever I forget to bring my lunch or need to do some quick grocery shopping in the middle of the week I would come here to get whatever I needed. They have fresh produce as well as ready made meals for whichever situation I'm in. I have had situations though that I would look for a specific item but lucky me, the item would be completely sold out with the shelf being completely empty. Not sure how often this happens to other people but I don't know, maybe I usually go for really common things. My interaction with staff has been very minimal, since I usually know where to go and I always use the self checkout. The couple times that I have had to ask for something, they've been helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I've always gone during the weekdays so I'm sure it's not as packed as during the weekends. I've always been able to quickly find a parking spot in the lot and the self checkout lanes usually don't have a line in front so I can quickly check out once I grab my items. The prices are definitely in the higher end from what I'm used to but I guess that's just how this area is but if I need something in a pinch at that moment then this is the most convenient location for me.

Annoying experience (and for once not regarding masks or covid). Me and my girlfriend went in to buy some beer as I like that pavilions has German lagers and they're very hard to find at any regular store. when we went up to pay my girlfriend tried to pay for the beer. The cashier asked my girl for her ID and even went as far as to say that she looks 15..... right off the bat I could tell this wasn't gonna go well. She give him her ID as she is a 22 yr old woman. He then stares at the ID for 2 minutes and starts to question her and even asked her to give him her full address as stated on the ID. I then got in and was like wtf cause my girl doesn't need to give u her address. why are u making this such a big issue. I could just pay for it myself if u want a guy with a beard that is clearly not a minor. The dude then tells me that it's ok and that he's gonna have to talk to the manager because he thinks her ID is fake! both of us couldn't believe that this dude seriously thinks we're minors after we both have legal IDs that scan and swipe on any database. what other proof would this dude want? my dmv paperwork? After the manager came and just told us that he refused to sell us the alcohol because the cashier believes we have fake IDs. what a stupid a** store, I've never been to a place where just cause a dude thinks u have a fake ID then u get treated as if ur a criminal with no basis behind the dudes claim. I honestly hate these kinds of people who act as if by making it difficult for us to buy 3 tall beers is somehow going to impact society in a positive way lmao. congrats buddy on believing u prevailed in stopping minors from buying alcohol when we both are grown a** adults. how about u prevail in stopping REAL THEFT when literally any minor could go up in there and steal alcohol like nothing lol. worst store and I will never be coming back to a place that really wants to not only be pricks but insult my girlfriend and tell her she looks 15, mad rude and straight disrespectful.

Jason the store front supervisor who is Asian and of yt skin complexion is racist and discriminates against dark brown African Americans. He encourages discrimination using protocol. Racial bias in carding customers. Targeting black customers. Let this be a notice u ruined my spirit I want 100$ for the issue. I will take u to court if we don't come to a resolution. You think I'm playing Leticia will have a lawsuit on her desk in the next two weeks for 100$ as petty as u ppl r to put me through ur discriminating racist behavior. If u want to pick and choose when to follow protocol u can pay me 100$ for the emotional stress.

Claim to be pet friendly however I was told once that I need to carry my dog in the store only to be told at a later visit by security that my dog needs to be on the ground on a leash. I left immediately. There are plenty of pet friendly establishments with clear consistent pet friendly guidelines I am willing to follow. Until this location can figure out consistent guidelines I don't feel comfortable visiting.
